10/12/2025: I'm a very regular customer of this restaurant. The conveyor belt concept used to be great, but it's now been replaced by tablets where you have to order each sushi item, drink, and dessert. As for friendliness and human interaction, forget it. It's probably convenient when you're in a hurry, but not for a family meal. Once again, the screen takes up all the space and cuts off any interaction…
10/11/2025: Excellent food. However, one of the staff members was frankly unpleasant (overwhelmed due to high customer volume... but a little less aggression would have been welcome!). Well... we won't be going back.

29/06/2025: As always, it's excellent, surely one of the best restaurants in Rouen.
The only downside is that they don't deliver to Bonsecours. You have to use Uber Eats and pay more than they do with their own delivery system.

27/01/2026: Ate here 2x while in Le harve. The menu was extensive and our favourite is the onion roll as we love the crunch!! The staff are friendly and nice.

15/06/2025: I regularly come to Wasabi in Sotteville-lès-Rouen, and it's always a real pleasure! The quality is consistent: the products are always fresh, the dishes well-prepared and delicious.
I recommend it without hesitation, whether for dining in or takeout. A sure bet!

01/12/2025: We ordered through Uber Eats.
Once the order and payment were complete, I immediately noticed an error in the restaurant's address. I didn't have the option to cancel or modify the order through the app.
So I called the restaurant. The person I spoke to told me it wouldn't be possible to cancel because they had too many orders and it would take too long to go to the kitchen and search using my name. Then the manager took the phone and tried to explain why my order couldn't be canceled. I confess I didn't understand any of the explanations. It was impossible to communicate with this person, who was clearly more frustrated by the situation than I was.
We regret having experienced this ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

23/08/2024: A customer since the beginning, it has unfortunately been twice that I have found that the quality is declining.
The rice is bland and overcooked, the miso soup is bland and almost empty.
The products are fresh.
Also pay attention to the prices which have almost doubled in a few years (we had it for 50 euros 3 or 4 years ago per order, now it is almost 90 euros.) for a quality that is declining.
We hope the quality will return.

17/09/2024: We've had the Hokkaido menu several times now, and what a delight! The chef is very talented, everything is delicious, from fish to meat. Today the chef wasn't there, it was someone else and it was also delicious. Well done

10/11/2025: In Rouen, we decided to try ITO… just to see what this place was like! Well, it was just a test, and we won't be going back.
The waitress took our order without drinks… instead, a carafe was placed on our table.
The cheese skewers arrived cold and on the side… then the sushi arrived without soy sauce or wasabi… forget about the candied ginger too!
The rice was barely cooked… The miso soup was tasteless…
In short, a place to avoid… The wait was long, far too long, and the quality was definitely lacking!
19/10/2025: I liked the starter, but the ramen wasn't rich in flavor or value. Perhaps the chef should reconsider!

07/07/2025: We left the restaurant as soon as we arrived: the waitress (red hair and glasses) didn't even say hello and immediately announced in a curt tone that "it wouldn't be possible to serve us." There were only four tables to serve—no connection or valid excuse.
I didn't fail to point out her complete lack of politeness: not a single hello or the slightest effort to be welcoming. Frankly, you don't do this job if you don't have a sense of service and respect for customers. A very bad experience!
It's a shame we can't give it 0 stars.
07/07/2025: Salmon California rolls, the size is thinner than a sheet of paper if there's any.
Avocado California rolls if there's avocado.
In short, it depends on the cook's mood, according to the person I spoke to on the phone.
She told me she didn't care and that the salmon was cut more than 24 hours before.
For a 40 euro order.

21/12/2023: Peut-être qu'il faudrait repenser organisation des tables qui sont je trouve un peu trop serrées et qu'on entend facilement ce que se disent nos voisins mais sur le plan culinaire : un sans faute !
Que des choix très variés, des produits de qualité qui tournent sur un tapis roulant facile d'accès et suffisamment garni. On apprécie d'ailleurs de voir que les serveuses et serveurs viennent nous demander si l'on souhaite quelque chose de précis qui serait absent du tapis.
Ce qui permet de saluer leurs disponibilités et leurs amabilités. Toujours très souriants et courtois. De même pour le cuisinier que l'on voit à l'oeuvre.
Et en termes de prix, c'est plus que correct pour ce qui nous est proposé. En tout cas, on y retourne toujours avec plaisir !

The wait has always been a bit long but gets significantly worse over time; went from 1 hour to more than 2 hours. Furthermore, despite our regular complaints, ginger is either forgotten or in too small a quantity. We will stop ordering from them.
