22/02/2024: The most expensive in Castres but the best, the manager thinks he's a bit of a sushi master by advising us not to put soy sauce on this or that suchi/maki... everyone sees lunch at their door for seasoning.
10/02/2024: I went there with my boyfriend, for his first sushi experience he loved it. a gentleman explained everything to us very well, we can see that he knows everything, it’s incredible. Thanks a lot

On the other hand... for seafood ramen:
Overcooked and bland noodles
Also bland broth
Poor quality frozen seafood
And unpeeled shrimp: perfect for burning your fingers...
Disappointed...!

27/02/2024: Place which could be a real spot in the future but which in my opinion has several black points:
Exorbitant price for basic dishes (very well executed but much more expensive than elsewhere…)
Decoration and atmosphere a little shy and sad…
More decoration and fewer tables might be a clue...
Apart from that, very friendly staff 😇
And very good dishes!
15/02/2024: I am a regular at this restaurant, you can find very good makis there as well as simply delicious homemade dishes.
A very pleasant and warm boss awaits you upon your arrival.
I recommend.

18/02/2024: No welcome. Many products missing from the menu. No atmosphere. No effort to serve us. We fled to Sushi World.
16/11/2023: Reservation taken two days in advance at 9:15 p.m. Once there, the restaurant turned off. The gentleman opens the door for us but there is nothing left on the menu so we leave.
I don't recommend.
