14/09/2026: I've been eating at this restaurant for about ten years now, and it remains, for me, the best Asian restaurant in the entire Val d'Oise region, maybe even beyond... I was there again yesterday with my daughter, spending €50 on an Uber to get there and back, which shows how much we love it... The setting is very pleasant, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the buffet is truly high-quality and fresh. It's a welcome change from the competition, which offers just about anything and everything, often of dubious freshness... A special compliment to Florent, who has been there for a long time and knows perfectly how to welcome and serve guests properly.
I recommend this restaurant 1000% and hope it will still be there in at least 20 years! Thank you, Fuji ❤️

But the fact that the cashier deliberately added an extra charge to the bill was really uncool. She probably thought we wouldn't notice, but we did. So, it left us with a bad impression of the restaurant.
21/08/2026: Incredibly good for for an incredible price! Order the takeaway menu ESSEC. Wish the wasabi was spicier but not a big deal. Love coming back

The service is top-notch, with a very warm welcome and a friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant itself is also beautiful, clean, and easily accessible.

The dishes are perfectly fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive and very friendly. I recently had a wonderful experience at their Sunday brunch. Well done and thank you to the whole team for providing such excellent customer service.

03/09/2026: Every time I go there I'm happy, they're fast, it's not very expensive and it's super good!
14/08/2026: As a loyal customer for several years, I still enjoy their sushi, especially their sashimi, which is generous and fresh, and quite competitively priced compared to other Japanese restaurants. They were one of the few to maintain a 10% discount on takeout orders after the COVID pandemic, a gesture I appreciate.
I can confirm that, very occasionally, the salmon pieces were less tender than usual. I mentioned it to them, and they took it well.
And last but not least (for takeout): the wait is rarely more than 15 minutes. Well done!

29/08/2026: I've changed my mind. The food is excellent, yes, but I arrived at 7:30 pm. Someone approached me, and I said I wanted to order takeout. A young man said, "Okay, that's it." Five minutes later, a couple arrived. The same young man asked the same question. He took out his notepad and took their order... They arrived after me... but they ordered in the restaurant before I did. Thanks to the young woman who noticed that standing in the entrance for ten minutes like a statue was starting to annoy me.

22/07/2026: I was a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 15 years.
Over the years, I unfortunately noticed numerous order errors: tuna was replaced with salmon without even asking my permission, items were simply forgotten, and there was no flexibility with small requests like adding a sauce, despite my loyalty.
The breaking point came with one order where they made a mistake. When I called them, they categorically refused to acknowledge their error, and I lost my temper... The customer service has never lived up to the loyalty I've shown them over all these years.
Another thing that has always puzzled me: with every order of halal ravioli, the owner systematically goes down to the basement and comes back up with the ravioli already cooked. It might be perfectly normal, but it has always struck me as odd.
In any case, this whole experience led me to discover another Japanese restaurant in Bezons, which I find much better, both in terms of quality and service. I will no longer waste my money at an establishment where mistakes had become far too frequent for my liking.
