22/11/2025: A very average Japanese restaurant run by Chinese people. The ingredients aren't fresh. It's hard to find shrimp in the spring rolls labeled "with shrimp." The food isn't homemade.

22/11/2025: I have to say, the picture speaks for itself! As beautiful as it is delicious! A truly wonderful discovery 😋 The food was excellent, the fish fresh, and the ingredients high quality. We ordered spring rolls as a starter, and they were a real treat! You can tell they're homemade. The staff were very welcoming, smiling, and kind, especially the owners! They were lovely!! The prices might be a little high, but it's definitely worth it.

13/12/2025: I occasionally travel to Mantes-la-Jolie to eat at this restaurant. It's the best all-you-can-eat restaurant I've ever been to. The food is very good and the staff are welcoming!

29/06/2025: I was so excited to discover this place through Too Good To Go. I arrived on time to pick up my order, but the store was already closed, the lights were out, and no one was answering the phone. I wasn't the only one—another person came in and left empty-handed. Really disappointing!!

24/06/2025: What's great about EatSushi St Germain is its consistency. Consistent delivery speed: order placed at 12:25 p.m., announced around 1:15 p.m. This is unprecedented: still nothing at 2:15 p.m. Consistent phone service: 7 minutes on hold, no answer. So I requested a full refund. I was giving it one more chance. So this was the last one.

24/08/2025: My boyfriend and I usually come to this restaurant. We love it and are regular customers. The welcome and service are impeccable, both on site and to take away. The quality of the products is impeccable, the fish is high quality and fresh! Nothing to say, I highly recommend it!!

01/12/2024: Tres mauvais accueil pour une commande à emporter, il manquait la moitié du menu payé 23,5€ sur internet alors qu’il était affiché 19,5€ sur le menu sur place. Ou sont les -10% affichés à emporter ? Comme une sensation de m’être faite arnaquer…

04/11/2024: Bien qu'arriver presque à la fermeture du midi, nous avons quand même bien étais reçu. Vue l'heure et service à volonté étais plus dispo. Mais nous avons pris à manger sur la carte, et le repas étais correct chaud et bon.

09/11/2025: The conveyor belt concept is original and visually appealing, a welcome change from traditional buffets. Unfortunately, the buffet selection is quite limited: you quickly get tired of the plates that go by. The sushi contains far too much rice compared to the fish, which makes the meal feel heavy and detracts from the enjoyment. The atmosphere is also quite noisy, which doesn't make for a very pleasant experience if you're looking for a quiet moment. It's a shame, because the basic idea is really good, but the execution falls short. By comparison, I much prefer the Nagoya near the train station: admittedly, they take a little longer to prepare orders, but at least the quality and freshness are always there.
