03/02/2026: Unacceptable! I ordered sushi, clearly stating that I was allergic to surimi, but she made a mistake with the order and offered no compensation whatsoever. She told me she'd give me a dessert instead, but when it's just 30 cents short, you have no qualms! And of course, no refund or compensation. I'm disappointed because I'm a regular customer, and I won't be going back. It's all a matter of principle, so the sushi went straight in the bin.

08/03/2026: I had my order delivered tonight, and the size of the maki rolls is simply ridiculous. What's worse is that they have absolutely no flavor. As if that weren't enough, there was a tiny packet of wasabi and ginger, along with an equally small sauce, for a 20-piece order. I find that excessive, although I can understand the reasoning given the size of the maki... I'm extremely disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I also try to eat in from time to time because the owner is very friendly and the service is always top-notch.

20/01/2026: First time at Kyoto Palace, and quite disappointed considering the rating and number of reviews! The price is slightly excessive for the quality. However, we still enjoyed the dumplings, the beef and cheese skewers, the spring rolls, and ate our fill. On the plus side, ordering online is easy and efficient!

15/02/2026: Excellent experience. This was my second visit to this restaurant, and it's still just as excellent. The ramen was perfect. The goat cheese and bacon fritters, as well as the tempura, were fantastic. The restaurant held our reservation for us, despite our 30-minute delay. The service was very pleasant! I highly recommend it.

Consistent delivery speed: order placed at 12:25 p.m., announced around 1:15 p.m. This is unprecedented: still nothing at 2:15 p.m. Consistent phone service: 7 minutes on hold, no answer. So I requested a full refund. I was giving it one more chance. So this was the last one.
