24/02/2026: We had to wait 40 minutes for our sushi delivery 🍣🍱 I think that's ridiculous 😮 Waiting 40 minutes! Also, the matcha sushi wasn't really green like in the picture; the photo is misleading. I thought it was a true matcha green, just a little powder on top. The sushi wasn't very fresh.

19/03/2026: We're regulars at Kampai. We always receive a warm welcome. The food is good. Our 6-year-old son loves their shrimp tempura. It's a very good restaurant. The servers are very attentive. We thank them for their kindness this evening for our son's birthday.

03/04/2026: I know this restaurant and have ordered from them several times, both for dine-in and takeout. Each time, I've noticed a tendency to discourage takeout orders, but tonight it was particularly blatant: I was told there would be a one-hour wait for a simple order, whereas usually the advertised wait time is 30 minutes. This made me feel rejected and ignored, which is very frustrating, especially coming from a restaurant I used to enjoy. I understand that busy evenings can be difficult to manage, but such a long wait for a small order without a credible explanation is unacceptable. I hope the restaurant takes these repeated experiences into account and improves its takeout order management and customer communication, because for me, this seriously detracts from my desire to return.

15/03/2026: Ordered today, and I rarely leave reviews, but this time… I strongly advise you to choose another Japanese restaurant! The sashimi here is bland, the texture is strange, and it feels like eating something tasteless; it almost made me want to throw up. Don't waste your money there!
