15/03/2026: Ordered today, and I rarely leave reviews, but this time… I strongly advise you to choose another Japanese restaurant! The sashimi here is bland, the texture is strange, and it feels like eating something tasteless; it almost made me want to throw up. Don't waste your money there!

The eel shirashi was perfect. A true display of professionalism.

04/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant for the first time with my husband and our 3-year-old daughter. Honestly, we had a wonderful meal! Everything was excellent: the sushi, the rice, the salad, and the skewers were all absolutely delicious. The hygiene is impeccable, and the staff is very kind and friendly. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, and the service is also quick. I highly recommend it!

25/04/2026: The sushi, sashimi, and maki are decent: regarding the sushi, the salmon slices are too thin for my liking; I would have preferred them thicker. Otherwise, the bento boxes are fantastic; I order them often.
17/04/2026: A quality restaurant that will undoubtedly surprise you with the many flavors offered by its delicious dishes. The more I go, the more I love this restaurant. I've never been disappointed when ordering one of their dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive to customers' needs. I introduced it to my family, and they all enjoyed the Okinawan cuisine. Moreover, the dishes are as flavorful as they are generous.
However, the desserts aren't quite as good as the main courses.

01/02/2026: We had a very good experience with the F22 party menu. The wait between ordering and availability was very quick, less than 25 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed it; the salads were excellent because the balance of vinegar and the crispness of the cabbage was perfect. The sashimi portions were much larger than at other restaurants. In short, we will be back. Enjoy the photos!

19/02/2026: No one mentions it in the reviews, but their delivery service is really efficient.
Sometimes the order arrives very quickly! Of course, there might be a bit of a wait when there are a lot of orders, which is perfectly understandable.
I've ordered from them several times and honestly, I have nothing to complain about! The delivery driver is always very friendly, even on rainy days.
The food is excellent quality and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it! 🍣🥢
06/01/2026: I tried this restaurant for lunch today. Since there was no one to greet us or seat us, we sat down on our own.
Although the restaurant was practically empty (only one other person was there), the wait to order was quite long.
I ordered the H6 set menu (skewers + maki & sushi) for €19.80.
Of the six California rolls, three tasted terrible.
The skewers were okay, but they left a sweet aftertaste that I didn't particularly like.
Overall, my impression was mixed.

29/06/2025: I was so excited to discover this place through Too Good To Go. I arrived on time to pick up my order, but the store was already closed, the lights were out, and no one was answering the phone. I wasn't the only one—another person came in and left empty-handed. Really disappointing!!
24/06/2025: What's great about EatSushi St Germain is its consistency.
Consistent delivery speed: order placed at 12:25 p.m., announced around 1:15 p.m. This is unprecedented: still nothing at 2:15 p.m.
Consistent phone service: 7 minutes on hold, no answer.
So I requested a full refund.
I was giving it one more chance. So this was the last one.

I highly recommend this place, and as a former restaurant owner, I know what I'm talking about...

I've been three times already for lunch. It's quick, it's good, it's efficient.
The dining room is bright, airy, and spacious, the service is efficient and quite friendly, and there's a huge variety of sushi and maki.
I also ordered skewers and other items, and they're quite original.
I highly recommend it.

04/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in Versailles: a small, quiet, and beautifully decorated restaurant where the chef prepares sushi, sashimi, and maki right before your eyes. The fish melts in your mouth, and the skewers' aroma makes your mouth water as they arrive at your table. The servers are very attentive and charming. We highly recommend it.
13/02/2026: Disappointing. The sashimi menu consisted of 12 small pieces of fish, half of which was salmon. The menu was misleading; we won't be returning.
It was our first and last time.

A word to those who complain about delivery... Walking, driving, cycling, public transport, etc., are all excellent ways to get around! 😁

14/03/2026: I'm a loyal customer of this quality restaurant, both for dining in and takeout. I was very disappointed because overnight the size of the chirashi bowl has drastically decreased (at the same price as before, when it was much more generous). What a shame!
