24/08/2024: Hello everyone. I travel quite regularly on the road between Nantes and Pornic and I also live not far from Chaume En Retz. So I know this establishment which also has a very good reputation in terms of word of mouth… but without ever having had the time to discover it. Today I have more time than usual so I firmly intend to explore this restaurant. Don't let yourself be impressed at first by the surrounding setting in an area of ​​artisanal and commercial activity which can seem a little sad because frankly that's not what matters most when you go to a restaurant... I would even say that this location offers the advantage of benefiting from good parking spaces. Focus more on the dish menu and menus displayed at the entrance to the restaurant. The prices are a priori quite affordable with satisfactory value for money. In addition, the menu gives pride of place to local producers and fresh products and certain menus change every week which bodes well for respecting the seasonality of the products. Likewise, the Master Restaurateur diploma remains equally engaging. When I entered, the owner welcomed me with great sympathy in full compliance with the health standards in force. I am also quite surprised to note that the room is almost exclusively full of retirees who come in groups for a common banquet and in my eyes this is a good sign because this clientele is quite loyal to good restaurants. So I set my sights on the starter, main course and dessert formula at €15.50 which seems quite attractive to me. You can also choose two starters and a dessert for the same price. I also see the orders passing in front of me and I must admit that the starters are quite copious. To start, the country terrine is cooked and soft without being too greasy. Then the salmon back cooked on skin accompanied by spinach and leeks on a bed of rice is perfectly cooked just right and all this with a good flavored curry sauce. To finish I hesitated between an Alsatian apple rhubarb tart but the apple quince tart tatin won. In short, go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed with your meal. You can also buy cases of wine from the oldest house in Bordeaux on site at a price of €48.00 for 6 bottles to enjoy (in moderation) with friends.

11/09/2024: Nous avions l'habitude de nous rendre régulièrement dans ce restaurant, et de nous y régaler...c'est FINI : le repas d'hier a été catastrophique : des "Coeurs de rumsteck" crus, que nous avons demandé à faire recuire, et qui sont revenus tout aussi crus, immangeables malgré de la bonne volonté, un risotto aux Saint Jacques servi avec une sauce figée et des Saint Jacques crues et froides, un poisson baignant dans un magma de purées liquides infâmes, des desserts de supermarché à peine moyens, et du saumon fumé en entrée peu engageant, accompagné de 4 gouttes de sauces sucrées écœurantes.....ajouter à cela un service limite (table sale qu'il a fallu aider à nettoyer à l'arrivée, verres posés sur le liquide de nettoyage), les sacs de pain qui trainent par terre derrière la caisse, et des interlocuteurs sans réponses devant notre déception....certains d'entre nous n'ont pas pu manger ce qui était servi, les autres n'ont pas fini, une soirée (et il n'y en avait qu'une) et une bonne humeur humeur gâchées et une addition élevée malgré ce repas catastrophique...ce restaurant est désormais à fuir !!!

07/09/2024: Le Ty’Zola est LA crêperie à découvrir absolument. Dans un lieu convivial, chaleureux et décoré avec goût, au calme avec une vue imprenable sur le port de Pornic. Nous avons été accueilli par le patron, souriant ,dynamique avec qui l’on ressent l’envie du partage et de la bonne humeur. Nous nous sommes régalés, de l’originalité dans les plats avec de bons produits pour un prix correct, le tout au son d’une musique d’ambiance agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

06/09/2024: Excellente adresse, nous avons passé un très agréable moment entres amis sur la terrasse face aux bateaux, déco super sympa, les crêpes sont copieuses et très bonnes. Les Patrons sont adorables. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
