17/02/2026: We chose this hotel because it seemed very charming, and it's true that the reception area is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to this first impression. Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't really explain how the hotel worked or the breakfast arrangements, which gave us a rather cold and unprofessional welcome. Discovering our room was a real disappointment: the decor needs a complete overhaul. It doesn't fit the Breton theme at all, which is all the more regrettable given the hotel's name and location. The still-life painting and the owl wallpaper create an incoherent and unwelcoming atmosphere. We also encountered several problems with the amenities. The door between the bedroom and the bathroom didn't close completely, which compromised privacy. Furthermore, the sink is very poorly designed: the faucet is badly positioned relative to the basin, making simple tasks like rinsing your face difficult. Adding to this is a significant point: the night is expensive for what the hotel actually offers. The value for money is clearly lacking. Fortunately, the bedding was comfortable and the breakfast quite comprehensive, which slightly improves the overall experience, but this is not enough to compensate for the numerous negative points. In short, a hotel with potential but which needs real improvements in customer service, room decor, the functionality of the facilities, and pricing.

If you love leaving a restaurant feeling happy, if you love sharing, if you love good food, if you love a great atmosphere, this is the place to go...with your eyes closed. 27/08/2025: I asked for a café crème to go and specified that I wanted it poured directly into my own cup. Unfortunately, it was served to me in a cup. I therefore had to transfer the coffee myself into my cup, which was inconvenient. When I explained the situation, I was rudely told that it was not my role. Furthermore, my cup was only filled a third full and I didn't even get any sugar. It was a shame, because I would have liked to have had a more respectful and attentive experience. I do not intend to return, despite the fact that I live right next door.
