26/05/2026: I ordered a dish with sauce and was asked for vegetables or fries. I chose the fries, which unfortunately were swimming in sauce. In short, really not great.
17/03/2026: A very warm welcome. The setting is lovely and well-decorated, and the atmosphere is friendly. A good selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. Coffee is included in the menu. Excellent value for money. Thank you to the team at Le Charles! We'll be back!

19/08/2026: We had barely ordered when the starter arrived, even before the drinks. It wasn't fresh (raw fish), and I had stomach aches after the meal. I wonder how long the plates had been out of the fridge. Furthermore, I only ordered a starter and main course, and I was charged for the full set menu even though I clearly specified what I had ordered.

24/06/2026: As a long-time customer, I regularly stop by LK Asia to stock up on supplies when we're in Les Sorinières. I've tried everything: the kebabs, the spring rolls, the prepared dishes... everything is delicious and impeccably fresh. But what we love most of all are the samosas and the satay beef! So, so good! I also freeze some so I have some on hand; it comes in handy sometimes, for appetizers or unexpected guests 😅

14/07/2026: Hello, we came around noon on July 14th and ordered two Caesar wraps and two pastries. The wraps were a bit small for the price, but very tasty. The pastries weren't anything special, probably not fresh (defrosted the day before, most likely).
The most annoying thing was the almost empty dining area. The staff seemed completely unresponsive (four of them were chatting in a circle behind the counter), yet not a single clean table! We spent about 35 minutes there and nothing happened. When we left, we clearly said "goodbye," but they were so engrossed in their fascinating conversation that they didn't respond. Perhaps they were having a day without a manager, but a little reprimand would be appreciated.

They forgot to ask if I wanted a hot or cold slice and forgot to charge me for the baguette initially.

13/08/2026: Usually satisfied with your products, I was very disappointed with your salmon poke bowls. The vegetables are there to add color, but the quantities are pathetic (just one small square of pineapple, for example). It's audacious to call it a salmon poke bowl when there are only two slices of it. In short, I certainly won't be ordering it again!

30/07/2026: The staff were quite friendly and energetic, but the food was mediocre.
We ordered pizzas, which were made with low-quality ingredients: Parma ham? The salad wasn't very fresh, the pizza dough was undercooked, and the bottle of water was lukewarm in this heatwave... The waiter kindly offered us coffee, no doubt to apologize for the dangerous hole in the terrace floor that caused my wife to fall.
"It's been two days, we haven't had time to fix it," the embarrassed waiter said. A shame, because the setting and atmosphere were very pleasant.

01/03/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
The beef fillet was excellent, perfectly cooked and incredibly tender.
The homemade chocolate mousse was perfect.
We were just passing through, but we would definitely eat here again!

01/08/2026: Just passing through, I thought it might be okay... Everything has already been said about the rooms, the overflowing bins outside, the dirty and poorly maintained common areas, and the mess at reception. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent, a bit pricey admittedly, but very generous. There's no air conditioning, so it's obvious that it's hot in July, with ferocious mosquitoes... What's unacceptable is the restaurant's closure, which isn't mentioned at all, quite the opposite, on the booking website...
21/07/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel.
We stayed there during a heatwave, and there was no air conditioning in the room. The heat was unbearable, and despite our request, the staff refused to lend us a fan. Their only response was that renovations were planned soon. This might be a good thing for the future, but in the meantime, solutions should be found for current guests.
The room was very dirty upon arrival, with insects infesting it. There was also rust in the bottom of the bathtub, which was very slippery, giving the impression of neglect. The bed was very uncomfortable, which only made our stay worse.
The hotel is located right next to the Leroy Merlin landfill, which is already quite unpleasant. The most shocking thing was seeing a rat right in front of the hotel entrance.
Given all these problems, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. It is very disappointing to pay for a room under these conditions, especially during periods of intense heat when a minimum level of comfort is expected.

06/09/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with the experience.
First, there was no one to take our order at the drive-thru despite the long wait.
Once we finally managed to get hold of someone after what I'd say was a good 20 minutes, the service was far from friendly.
The second person we saw, who gave us our order, didn't even speak to us, not even a hello.
06/09/2026: This McDonald's isn't very clean and is rather depressing. The service is poor. Half the kiosks are constantly out of order, and the wait time is long, even before rush hour.
