Les meilleurs restaurants en Meung-Sur-Loire

02/06/2024: We made reservations to eat at this restaurant. Everything went pretty well apart from the bread, there were 5 of us and we only had 4 pieces of bread. At the end of the meal. When clearing the plates, the young man takes the plates that were near him and for the person who was at the other end he asks to be handed to him, even though he could have gone around the table to going to take them after all is his job and not ours. Then he tells us that a colleague will come by to bring us the dessert menu and take our order. We wait 10 minutes. Everyone passes by our table and we have nothing. We had to ask him again to get the card. Finally the colleague takes the dessert order. The meal was pretty good, simple. A little expensive for what is served and especially for dessert we had a chocolate fondant... Disappointed also already very expensive for what was there and not even fondant... Frankly a little disappointed. The end of the meal was a shame. Everything was going great from the start...

02/06/2024: Just had the most amazing evening here. The staff were incredible competent and friendly. The food was really amazing, we had 4 different home made burgers which were all cooked to perfection, The staff were very attentive and extremely accommodating as we had our pet dog - a golden retriever- with us. I had read some of the previous reviews and can honestly say I was glad I was not put off by any of them. The location is idyllic and the is a lovely church and castle nearby along with the Loire River within a five mins stroll. Honestly - give This place a try as you will not be disappointed!

12/05/2024: Nice terrace on the banks of the Loire, very good menu. I recommend if you are passing through Meung sur Loire

20/03/2024: The estate looks majestic. We didn't have time to visit everything. We had a bill problem getting the key back. We had to pay more than expected, otherwise we were out with our two month old…. In the morning, we were poorly received by the hostess….. We are waiting for news from management…..
