08/02/2026: Absolutely magnificent setting, in a charming traditional stone hut. The restaurant is spacious, very cozy, and truly delightful; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The service was impeccable: well-paced, no waiting, everything flowed naturally, just the right amount of service.
As for the food, simple ingredients were showcased beautifully. The dishes were both delicious and satisfying! And all this at a very reasonable price, especially considering the exceptional setting.
The staff were very friendly, making for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire team, everything was perfect!
07/12/2025: Good restaurant, but a bit pricey. Nothing like the Auberge du Lac where we usually eat.
But the Buron was the only one open. Well done!

09/09/2024: Emblematic establishment of Nasbinals making hotel, bar and restaurant... you eat excellent Lozerian recipes with local products... festive village atmosphere, which does not prevent you from sleeping well after a long day of hiking 👍

15/09/2024: Établissement ayant une grande capacité d'accueil mais il est possible d'y trouver une table.
Une fois assis, le service est très moyen, assez rapide .
Le rapport qualité/prix laisse à désirer.
Bref, on y mange mais on a pas envie d'y revenir. Ou hors saison?
04/07/2024: Hôtel vieillissant et sombre, sans restauration depuis sa construction dans les années 70. Pièces communes froides et sans cachet, accueil antipathique : la propriétaire semble penser que ses hôtes ne sont pas des gens bien recommandables…
Chambres assez vétustes, avec de la moquette surannée au sol et une salle de bains hors d’âge.
