11/09/2026: (Haagen-Dazs opposite Zara) Completely disorganized. Two queues, one to the left and the other to the right of the till. We're asked to pay before ordering, and while we're paying, they're taking orders from people who haven't paid yet! The cashier is sometimes handling both till and service, and other times just acting as a cashier when it suits her. In short, a complete mess!!!

19/06/2026: Disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the welcome seemed rather cold and unfriendly. The chicken pieces in my salad were overcooked, which spoiled part of the meal, and the service lacked warmth. It's a shame, because you can tell there's potential in the food, and I'd heard great things about this establishment. Perhaps I just caught them on an off day, but this first visit didn't convince me and unfortunately doesn't make me want to return.

09/06/2026: Regarding the sandwiches—ham, prosciutto, chicken, and tuna—good grief, for €4.80, they should be filled a bit more. The tomato slices, ham, and other fillings are practically invisible. Even the sandwich itself isn't very long. Thank you.

17/04/2026: It's a shame that everything isn't always fresh. The chocolate hazelnut flutes are delicious when fresh, but unfortunately they rarely are.

11/10/2026: I ordered once, well that will be the last time. I took a medium order of fries, sorry, but it looks like they put leftovers from another plate on top of that, they're disgusting and it's not a medium order of fries, it's disgusting.

03/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Once again, I wasn't disappointed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent, with good quality ingredients and dishes. The dining room is spacious, pleasant, and very clean. I had a great time and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

20/06/2026: The manager (owner) is a tall, thin man who is very unwelcoming to customers, especially those with children. On two occasions, he scolded my children who were playing in the play area. On my last visit, when he started, I called him over and asked him to speak directly to the parent instead of scolding the children. He replied, "I'm surprised to see you here again, since last time your children were shouting while playing." That made my throat ache. I paid but didn't eat at all. The way he treated me in front of everyone was so rude. Afterwards, I suspect he might be racist and dislike Black people. Never again will I go to this restaurant.

20/10/2026: Five euros for the student menu, what more could you ask for? Almost no wait, they are very friendly and generous with the portions, I'll be back.

16/10/2026: Beyond the affordable price and the very welcoming atmosphere, situated between the outskirts and the city center, there's no better place to share a kebab. However, I would add a caveat: the two youngest members of the team seem a bit isolated, as is customary, and without the most senior member, the food or service can suffer, as some have pointed out.
