14/04/2024: Great evening with great actors! Just a small remark on the length of the meal due to late guests.... as for the Languedoc 100/100 Sirah red wine served in an unlabeled bottle, the sommelier must not have tasted it before... too bad!

30/03/2024: Warm welcome, pleasant and smiling owners despite arriving at the end of service. Dishes very balanced in taste. Special mention for the watalappam which is a great culinary discovery (it looks like a revisited crème caramel but it was so much better). Thank you for this good time.

01/04/2024: Very nice discovery. Meats cooked over a wood fire are excellent. The portions are adapted which allows you to still be hungry for dessert. The Angevin cream that I didn't know is delicious. There is also a nice choice of wines by the glass. All this with low prices. Enough to spend a very good evening.

13/03/2024: Perfect, from the appetizers to the little madeleines to end the meal, we enjoyed ourselves. The place is very warm with very pleasant subdued lighting. The service is very professional while being fuss-free and funny! As for the dishes, nothing more can be said other than excellent. Well-crafted and original flavor combinations with fresh seasonal products. There is a very large choice of wines on the menu which will satisfy your desire of the moment and the sommelier, who knows his wines well, will be able to guide you. Overall, we had a great time and I highly recommend it! Thanks to the team.

30/03/2024: Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to taste this menu which was so desirable. Indeed, the cold welcome and the 40-minute wait before being able to even order an aperitif or have the menu strongly discouraged us for the rest of the meal. Too bad for a first impression.

28/03/2024: Good morning, There were 7 of us passing through Anges for a Rugby match, and we discovered Lucullus. We were charmed by the welcome of the owners and by their bistro-style cuisine. During our next visit to Angers, we will return there with great pleasure, and this time we will eat on the Gastro side. We highly recommend the restaurant "Lucullus"

20/03/2024: First of all, the place, a pretty vaulted cellar conducive to calm and a form of escape from the city. Then, few tables, a guarantee of avoiding the incessant and tiring hubbub found in other restaurants. Then very friendly service with very good waiters. And of course, the kitchen. Beautifully presented, sometimes with unexpected touches. Special dedication to the foie gras ravioli. The chef has cooked for the greatest but he doesn't flaunt it, a sign of quality, not to mention that the restaurant has existed for a long time, a sign of quality here again in the face of brands that waltz a little too much. Very nice experience in the end. At most, we could wish for a little more on the plates for certain dishes and desserts and a little more pronounced flavors sometimes (notably for the cointreau in the trilogy of desserts) but these tiny reserves should not hold us back from going there .
