13/09/2026: A complete discovery, everything is perfect: the menu, the service, and of course the dishes, which can be combined (starter as main course possible), explained in terms of their ingredients, and above all, so delicious. A big bravo, I totally recommend it.
28/08/2026: Staying unexpectedly near Angers train station, we discovered this restaurant – what a pleasant surprise! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the recommendations, and of course, the food. A real treat from start to finish! Special mention for the "burnt apricot" dessert, which we loved. All for a reasonable price. Bravo!

14/10/2026: A good meal at Belle Rive; it was my second time there and my partner's first. Everything was fine, however, the fish was overcooked and the dessert was average. The menu description was very enticing, but the execution was rather ordinary. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant time.

Absolutely delicious, perfect food and wine pairing, with high-quality presentation, flavors, textures, and temperature – it was top-notch! The staff is friendly, with a special mention for the young woman who answered our phone calls and greeted us in person.

03/10/2026: A wonderful experience and always a discovery of new flavors. This time, a winter radish carpaccio and an eggplant velouté as starters, both very surprising and refreshing.
The pollack fillet with coco beans and seaweed was excellent.
The confit and roast duck was cooked to perfection!
To be enjoyed again and again, without moderation!

The first time, we had the ribeye steak, which was truly excellent, with homemade fries cooked in beef fat. It made us want to come back to try the other dishes, and we weren't disappointed.
The cuisine is flavorful, refined, and generous, with beautifully presented and expertly crafted plates.
And to top it all off, Stella is very welcoming, smiling, and attentive.
We hope to experience the Wednesday jazz evenings soon! 💃

01/10/2026: Twice in September we went to dinner at this large brasserie in Angers, first with extended family and then with friends. The food is consistently good and the seafood is generally fresh, except for the grey shrimp one particular evening. They should be careful not to rush customers out too soon around 10 pm.

The service was also excellent: quick, efficient, and above all, with really friendly staff 😊. It's the kind of unpretentious place where you come for a good meal and leave with a smile.
