06/09/2026: We weren't as lucky as the other customers... the welcome was appalling because we arrived at 11:58 am, not 12 pm!
We definitely felt unwelcome! I should also mention the gentleman's comment when he saw us: "Ah, it's for us." That's all!
05/09/2026: We had a wonderful time. The waitress was very friendly, the galettes were generous, and the sauce was delicious. The dessert crêpe was a delight, made with fresh produce from local farmers; the strawberries were exquisite. We will definitely be back.

The welcome was very warm. The service was perfect. The food was excellent. We highly recommend this establishment.

23/09/2026: The Nutella crepe leaves much to be desired. The Nutella itself is good, but the crepe batter is very average. We expected something better in such an iconic place as this town, one of the most beautiful in France. On the other hand, the beer prices are lower than in other bars, so it's worth having a beer and admiring the town views.
22/09/2026: At 4:30 pm on a sunny Sunday afternoon, we ordered crêpes. They took our order, only to tell us 15 minutes later that it wasn't possible. The crêpes were barely fresh... So, mixed feelings.

06/08/2024: Endroit toujours aussi exceptionnel mais au fil des années la qualité diminue. Client fidèle de l'endroit depuis cinq ans nous constatons que la carte a du mal à se renouveler dans la qualité des poissons en particulier et l'ensemble au final est légèrement décevant.
Service sympathique mais parfois un peu long...
03/08/2024: We had two dinners here on our trip through the Loire valley. There are few options in the village and our hotel had booked us here both nights. A great setting in the garden overlooking the Loire and the chateau. An average review in comparison to other places we visited. Food was good without being exceptional and one or two items which differed from the description on the menu be that French or English. Service OK without being as friendly or professional as other places we visited.

09/09/2024: Wow! Had the tasting menu, with wine flight, for Sunday lunch. Superb flavours, quality, and balance, throughout. The cocktail served with desert was inspired! Very big thanks to the team!!!
24/08/2024: Très bon restaurant dans un très bel endroit . Mention spéciale pour les desserts et la carte des vins , magnifique . Belles références de vins nature .
