12/11/2025: I'm somewhat familiar with the franchise; I've been to the one in Saint-Étienne and the one in Cherbourg, which were quite decent. This was my second visit to the Coutances location on Monday, November 10th, for lunch, and I must admit I was disappointed, unlike my first visit. The staff is friendly, no complaints there. While the starter and dessert were acceptable, the same cannot be said for the main course: a tiny chicken burger with very greasy breading. The fries were overcooked and had a very pronounced greasy taste. The portions were also relatively small, the wait was quite long, and the waiter was very rough. He spilled some of the fries on my wife when he brought them to our table and cleared the table, including my beer, even though we had barely finished eating. A meal that should have been quite enjoyable ended up irritating me. It's a shame, and I don't think I'll be going back. Unfortunately, I was so annoyed by the meal that I didn't even bother paying at the register. It would be good to discuss this with the boss; it would help improve these points because the franchise is nice.

24/02/2026: The chef, working single-handedly in the kitchen, aims to surprise her customers with inventive cuisine. She succeeds admirably, creating astonishing dishes bursting with flavor, all made with local ingredients. We've all had a crumble, but Sophie's is truly exceptional. A reasonable lunch menu is available.

20/02/2026: We were lucky enough to discover A 3 Pas in Coutances, and what an incredible experience it was! From start to finish, everything was absolutely divine. From the appetizers to the desserts, including the cheeses, each dish was a true delight. The ingredients are clearly seasonal, but prepared with a finesse and creativity worthy of a gourmet restaurant. You can feel the true mastery in the kitchen: perfect combinations, flawless cooking, and meticulous presentation. Everything is thoughtfully considered, balanced, and above all… delicious. This restaurant more than lives up to its reputation. If you're ever in Coutances, it's a must-try!

03/01/2026: A small creperie found by chance... very good and generously filled galettes and dessert crepes... great value for money... if we pass through Coutances again we will definitely come back.

22/02/2026: We had a good meal. No complaints, the presentation was excellent. The only downside was the noise. It's true that it used to be a roadside restaurant, and the dining room hasn't been renovated to make it more welcoming or to reduce the noise from other diners. Something needs to be done about it.
