10/12/2025: A group dinner organized during the Fignos gala. Pleasant atmosphere. Simple but effective cuisine. Our waitress was very friendly and thoughtfully found solutions to my food intolerances.

07/12/2024: A great discovery for this restaurant. We had booked and were greeted with a smile. We start with the soft egg casserole with foie gras sauce, Serrano ham and garlic butter toast. The plate is beautifully presented...it tastes delicious. Our Saint Marcellin with roasted bacon in pastilla, apple, nuts and honey is just as delicious. The crispness of the brick sheet, the melted cheese, the bacon which brings its little smoky taste, the apple and honey bring the sweetness, the crunch of the walnut and the thin strips of red onion make this starter a magnificent assembly. flavors and balance. We continue with the roasted guinea fowl supreme, its yellow wine sauce and dried morels. Only happiness on the plate! Desserts follow... tart tatin and homemade vanilla ice cream as well as semi-cooked dark chocolate, hazelnuts and vanilla ice cream. Magnificent visual, and only good. This meal is flawless from start to finish! Staff available, pleasant and smiling. Refined cuisine, balanced both visually and tastefully...our taste buds are asking for more! Congratulations to this whole wonderful team! We recommend without hesitation!

15/12/2024: I celebrated my birthday Saturday evening at the Carillon Gourmand! It was a very beautiful evening in a refined and warm setting! The flavors are perfect, the presentation very careful and the service impeccable! Everything was perfect, we will keep unforgettable memories of this evening! 08/12/2024: A mixed experience. We feel that the dishes are carefully crafted, the presentation is impeccable, however the taste result is a little messy. Simpler cooking based on good products would be welcome.

24/11/2024: I went to this brasserie for a lunch with colleagues. The atmosphere is friendly, the employees are friendly and smiling. The dishes are simple but very good and there is a choice and the service is fast. The prices are very reasonable.

18/11/2024: Received with incredible charm, I was also seduced by the people behind the carbonara pasta and their touch from the chef. I repeated it the same evening with a simply excellent flank steak and closed with a floating island. Fast service Don't change anything
