21/03/2026: Avoid at all costs... I'm from Chalon-sur-Saône and we've been going to the Bourse for years. During our last visit, when we had drinks (coffee, crepes, champagne), the manager showed a complete lack of consideration for her customers. Given the current economic climate, she should find another line of work. It's shameful to speak to us the way she did to regular customers... So, avoid this place at all costs...

15/03/2026: Overall, a mixed experience. The service was pleasant and the staff attentive, which was appreciated. However, some aspects of the establishment didn't entirely convince us, making the experience somewhat disappointing overall. It's a shame, but we won't be returning.

08/03/2026: It's always a pleasant place to eat; the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is excellent. However, when I ordered the eggs meurette as a starter, there were onions, which is unusual since they never are. The waitress told me that there are two cooks, and sometimes they add them, sometimes not—it's a bit of a lottery. It would be good to mention this on the menu, as not everyone tolerates onions, garlic, etc. So, this is an essential point to improve. The cod loin with its creamy black risotto and chorizo ​​was a delight. The dessert was very good, but the pink biscuit wasn't prominent enough, which is a shame. As for the atmosphere, it was a bit noisy, even though we were at the very back of the room, but some people were chatting away and not considering others.
