20/05/2026: Great restaurant just steps from the town hall. A very nice menu, featuring excellent products. Pleasant and efficient service. For an excellent meal for three, including aperitifs and glasses of wine (a nice touch) if you don't want to order a bottle or if a single wine doesn't suit everyone, the total cost was €160 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. But the price was well worth it, plus the staff were pleasant and smiling, even though we left late.

The wine pairings were very well chosen and harmonized perfectly with the dishes. Service Experience What we found took some getting used to was the staff's attitude—there weren't really any smiles. However, the chef de partie was very friendly and frequently asked how we were enjoying our meal. This attentive service rounded off the experience positively. Conclusion Au Carillon Gourmand impresses with its refined, modern French cuisine in an elegant setting. Despite minor shortcomings in service, the restaurant is definitely recommended due to its outstanding food and thoughtful wine pairings.

04/04/2026: An exceptional experience, I was surprised by the flavors, the blend of quality, and the finesse of the dishes. A very warm welcome. And an excellent DVINE wine! 🥂 I highly recommend it. As for the choux pastry with the red fruit craquelin… absolutely divine.

24/05/2026: We walked past without having made a reservation, but luckily managed to get the last table. A very warm welcome in a beautiful setting; we enjoyed eating outside in the courtyard. We found the price-quality ratio to be highly recommended. We also had to choose our dessert immediately, but didn't find this a problem at all. We will definitely be back.

18/03/2026: I miss the days of Rosalie. Everything has gone up in price and down in quantity… For example, the frog legs as a starter used to be around €15 for a good portion; now there are two choices, one for the starter and one for the main course. The starter is roughly the same price with half the number of frog legs. And the main course has gone up to over €20… and is often overcooked… What a shame

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, since the reopening, the restaurant has deteriorated significantly... Prices have gone up! The meat isn't even seasoned. The waiters are already setting tables for the next day while there are still customers in the restaurant. We wondered if they were going to kick us out... When we told the manager that the food wasn't good, she offered no apology and didn't even mention a price, even though we left our food untouched... The waitress even got angry at us when we said things weren't good! In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We really miss the previous owners, who were much nicer.
