04/04/2024: Came here with my family and were greatly disappointed. We expected a nice place by the look of it but were mistaken. We ordered the lamb skewers and at first sight they seemed okay, but once we started to eat them we saw they were completely raw on the inside and tasteless. One of the waiters then offered to cook them again. However, the meat smelled foul and was still raw. The waitress was also very unfriendly. 👎

26/03/2024: An explosion of flavors in the mouth, the Menton plate is just great to share as a starter to get a taste of local specialties. We then had the octopus a la plancha, it was exceptional, top seasoning and the very famous grilled vegetables, Monsieur enjoyed the veal chop. To finish the meal I recommend the Topia cup with vanilla ice cream + limoncello. We had a wolf in the sheepfold which was very good.
Regarding the setting, it’s just magnificent and romantic, a haven of peace a few steps from the city. A very nice and DIY decoration.
A super nice team.
I highly recommend.

04/04/2024: We asked for an aperitif and they gave us literally 2 little tarts. We ordered a charcuterie board costing 19 euros and half of it was decorative salad. The cocktails were not satisfying at all. When it was time to pay we asked to split the bill and they ended up making us pay one euro more than the actual bill because it was easier to split.
03/04/2024: The person who served us was very friendly, that's the only good thing about this establishment. It's not a wine bar...the pizzas are really not good. To flee...

31/03/2024: Very nice place in the center a stone's throw from the market. Delicious pizza and perfect Spritz but a bit overpriced.... €24 for 2 glasses and 2 pieces of 10x10 cm pizza (margherita and stuffed) is a lot, isn't it? 😅
21/03/2024: Pizzas always tasty. Pans bagnats are also appreciated. A quality observed during each visit regardless of the crowds. Let's add a good rating to the barbajuans.

05/04/2024: Of this restaurant I only save the waiter, seafood paella that looked like a soup with the liquid at the bottom and amazing mussels! I have been going to Menton for years but I had never tried this restaurant and I will never go back. There are dozens of better places between Menton and Roquebrune.
05/04/2024: If you have a penchant for the texture of jerky-like beef, I highly recommend ordering the steak from this establishment. Please make sure to order it medium well. I thoroughly enjoy the meticulous effort of slicing the steak using the muscles of my arms and wrists, giving me the sensation of doing muscle training by the seaside! The charred cross-section, the crispy yet tough texture, and the charred taste all leave me overwhelmed! It's excellent for exercising your jaw muscles. Dining under a tree, you' ll have the delightful opportunity to interact closely with pigeons, adding a wonderful experience to your meal! Overall, I would give this restaurant a six-star rating, with the extra star for that unique touch!
If you have a soft spot for the dry-like texture of beef, I highly recommend ordering the steak at this restaurant. Make sure you order it and fry it until medium rare. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of using my arm and wrist muscles to finely cut the steak, which gave me the feeling of muscle training at the beach! The charred cross-section, the crispy outside and hard texture, and the charcoal grilled taste all shocked me! It is excellent for exercising your chewing muscles. Dine under the trees and you will have the privilege of interacting closely with the pigeons, adding a magical experience to your meal! All things considered, I would give this restaurant a six star rating, with an extra star for the unique touch!

They gave me an answer, where they talk about a totally different thing. I don't know who they confused me with, but it's very ugly.
24/08/2023: Lovely view at this beachside restaurant with good service, friendly staff and delicious fresh food. We really enjoyed our meals there especially the veal cutlet, steak & fish with citron sauce. Would definitely recommend.
