One small downside was that there was no warm water in the restroom to wash hands, which was difficult since it was very cold. 03/01/2026: The New Year's Day brunch at the Auberge du Baechel Brunn was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. A magnificent buffet offered guests a wide variety of choices, including shellfish, fish, terrines, foie gras, charcuterie, and more, along with the different sauces prepared by the chef and his team—an explosion of flavors. I mustn't forget to mention the chef's visit to the kitchen for the hot dish, a choice between poultry and fish, which was greatly appreciated by our group. Bravo to Thomas and Esther's entire team, as well as to former staff members Simone and Jean-Paul.

21/12/2025: An exceptional restaurant that I highly recommend! The cuisine is sophisticated, modern, and exquisitely refined, while also playfully reinventing traditions with great skill. I was blown away by the deconstructed tarte flambée, a bold and highly successful interpretation of this iconic Alsatian dish. As for dessert, the reimagined Snickers was an absolute delight that instantly transported us back to childhood. A truly memorable culinary experience, from appetizer to dessert. Thank you for this wonderful moment!

24/12/2025: What a disappointment! The setting and welcome were quite pleasant. As for the meal... it simply wasn't good. The chicken tasted reheated. The vegetables were cut into large pieces (including a whole carrot!) and were tough. There were two chickpeas. All served with a broth that tasted like tomato sauce. Coucou lovers and connoisseurs, steer clear. We didn't even bother with dessert.

22/12/2025: My friends and I have been going to this restaurant for over 25 years. Excellent dishes on the menu. The Royal couscous is magnificent. The atmosphere is intimate and very calm. Cyril, the owner, is discreet and has a great sense of humor. See you soon!

You immediately feel at home and in good hands! The super-friendly chef is definitely the heart of the restaurant, and the service was also very friendly and accommodating! You can tell that the restaurant is run with passion and love! There were also many regulars, which speaks volumes about the quality! Definitely recommended!
