25/03/2024: Fantastic! A great discovery in the heart of Aigüesmortes. We chose an aubergine starter, a lamb tagine and a chicken couscous. Everything was delicious. Including the mint tea at the end.

Very pretty exterior, well highlighted, and interior of the restaurant with delicate decoration, very pleasant and neat atmosphere which immediately puts you in a little cocoon. As for the meal, what can I say... wow... Very careful presentations, delicious combinations and delicacy of flavors. In short, whether on the decoration side or the food side (including dessert), there are visual and gustatory delights that accompany you during your evening. Note the sympathy of the owners. In every way extraordinary... A word of advice: book in advance, especially in peak season. We will definitely come back.

30/03/2024: Great hotel that we were able to book at the last minute (in low season). All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the showers had plenty of pressure. Perhaps it lacked amenities such as a kettle to make tea. Breakfast was also very good in a spacious room. You will have hazelnut spread, eggs, all kinds of jam, bread and lots of other things. I highly recommend and will consider returning if I'm in the area again.

30/03/2024: We had several pastries for snack. Everything was good, especially the pistachio Turkish delight and the macroud. The waitresses and waiters are friendly and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is nice, I recommend this address.

12/09/2023: Je tiens à remercier Katia et Jean-Christophe, les propriétaires de ce domaine qui nous ont permis de nous retrouver dans une capsule temporelle. Nous avons passé un excellent moment familial dans ce lieu calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil attentionné, les conseils de qualité, notre chambre extrêmement confortable et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner, la piscine excentrée pour le bien être de tous. Nous en avons profité également pour nous rendre au restaurant semi-gastronomique qui se trouve sur le domaine. Merci à la Cheffe pour ces belles signatures, d’avoir régalé les papilles des petits et grands. Vous l’aurez compris, ça a été une belle découverte. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler de vous, et également de revenir chez vous dès que l’occasion se présentera.

25/08/2023: Magnifique restaurant dans lequel la cheffe nous a régalé de ses délicieux mets très bien présentés de l'entrée au dessert un véritable régal pour nos papilles.

28/10/2023: Friendly welcome, tastefully designed site. Meal well served with dishes highlighting regional products. The price is correct for this type of establishment. The restaurant has a site offering stay gifts and/or wine boxes from the estate's vineyard. A **** hotel with swimming pool is part of the site. Access and parking are easy but not all places are shaded. I advise.
