27/09/2024: Nous sommes revenus parce que nous avions un repas vraiment délicieux. Maintenant avec des amis et nous avons vraiment apprécié la nourriture délicieuse, le service rapide et l'atmosphère chaleureuse.
28/08/2024: We ate very well. The fish is particularly well prepared and the accompaniments, in this case the vegetables, were very well cooked and seasoned and above all it is not the same dull ratatouille type accompaniment for all the dishes.

The dishes are great and the wines offered are just as great.
There are very few tables which makes this restaurant very intimate.

Plats servis de bonne qualité mais très chers pour la quantité .
17/09/2024: Hélas ce n'étais pas notre jour.
Restaurant qui nous avait été conseillé et jamais testé lors de nos nombreux séjours à Canet.
Réservation effectuées pour 7 personnes . A notre arrivée première déception ont nous informe pas de Arros ce soir alors que nous étions venus surtout pour celles-ci. Je pense que lors de la réservation la moindre des choses aurait été de le dire. Par la suite commande des vins réponse nous n'avons pas été livré donc encore un changement - commande des plats plus de celui la - l'autre pas livré et le troisième pars de changement de garniture c'est un plat signature patate douce et pickel drôle de signature. Après les Tapas j'ai préféré quitter la salle pour ne pas faire de scandale vu l'attitude du maitre des lieux souriant et aimable avec les habitués mais très froid avec nous .
Les plats servis sont de qualité Prix excessifs pour la quantité servie.

Reduced menu which is a guarantee of freshness, adjusted menus with a reasonable price, quality and well presented dishes, pleasant service, surprising decor but which takes you on a journey. A nice surprise after 2 rather disappointing experiences nearby.

06/07/2025: What can I say, everything is perfect => the mussels and fries are delicious, both with cream and Roquefort, and very generous, not to mention the gourmet coffee to die for, and I'm not even talking about the excellent mojitos. As for the perfect service, always available and attentive to the customer. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed. A special mention for "my friend Georges," an adorable server, the kind we wish for more often. Don't change a thing, and we sincerely thank you for this excellent evening at your establishment.

04/07/2025: I ate today, July 4th, at noon. Perfect service. No waiting, generous dish, served with kindness, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, right down to the little coffees. I recommend it as soon as I can, I will come back.

Tout était parfait de l'entrée au dessert , du goût de la saveur une cuisson des poissons topissime et le dessert signature , le soufflé au Grand Marnier tout ceci avec un vin blanc de Collioure validée par Fabienne . Oui vous serez bien dans un Restaurant avec un grand R.

At its head, a director: a smiling, efficient, caring and professional human! Like its entire reception team and technicians!

This year, “joy” also made its entrance with great fanfare (that’s for Luka!😜) thanks to a great program of activities for the kind spa guests: karaoke, aquatic gym classes, pilates and quizzes!
So obviously, we would have to change the installation of the electric hobs, add washing machines and shelves in the laundry room and add parasols and deck chairs around the swimming pool.
But every year for the past 4 years (as part of my spa treatment) if I come back to the pine forest, it is not for its facilities! That said, the studios are very well appointed and equipped, the swimming pool is magnificent and the hotel benefits from an exceptional green setting with one view of a pine forest and the other of the valley!
If I come back to La Pinède, it is because we are welcomed there like a loved one, a member of a family, with the same attention and availability and that is priceless! THANK YOU ALL!
