02/04/2026: During a visit to Perpignan, we ate there twice at the end of March. A very fond memory; the falafels and kibbeh are delicious, and the platters make a complete meal. The food is excellent, and the owner-chef is friendly and welcoming, as are the staff. A great find!

01/06/2026: This was a dinner at the beach while enjoying the vineyards right behind you. We had both fish and meat and they were both exquisite. The service was fast and attentive even though the restaurant was full. We loved it and would go again when visiting next time. Highly recommend.

01/06/2026: At the restaurant on Christmas Day 2024. The place was magnificent, the welcome and service very good, the meal (Christmas menu that day) was good, except that it was served almost cold, due to the distance between the kitchen and the restaurant from the outside. Otherwise, really good. I recommend the Cap Béar white wine, truly excellent!!! Regarding the problem with the outdoor service, it would be easy to install a removable, protected corridor from the kitchen to the dining room in winter, which would facilitate and improve service, and also provide shelter on bad weather days. Otherwise, everything was great!!! We'll definitely be back again in spring, summer, or autumn; we're not far away!!! I just received your reply today... regarding protecting the dishes from the cold, it would be enough to cover them... something to consider if there are no other solutions.

12/11/2025: The perfect place to discover this beautiful Catalan region, just a stone's throw from the sea and 5 minutes from Perpignan. A warm welcome from the new owners in a charming and spacious house. Comfortable rooms with excellent beds. The patio is very pleasant. A table d'hôte (set menu) is highly recommended: you'll be won over by Emilie's cooking. Thank you to Emilie and Yannick for this excellent weekend!

22/05/2026: One weekend lunch, we chose the "Market Fresh" menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is wonderful, and the welcome and service were simply the best I've ever experienced in a restaurant of this caliber. The wine list is outstanding. I particularly appreciated the chef's visit to the dining room at the end of service. If I may make a suggestion, I would have enjoyed a small nibble with the aperitifs before the amuse-bouches arrived, but this doesn't detract from this very pleasant experience. I will definitely return.

12/03/2026: Nice little restaurant. The welcome is warm and friendly 😃. Just a heads-up: the duck wasn't tender enough for me, and the cauliflower wasn't cooked enough. My friend who was with me said the starter was meltingly tender, the main course the chicken was excellent, and the dessert was also excellent. The white beer was excellent too. In any case, I recommend it.

25/02/2026: A very pleasant experience. The set menu is good value for 25 euros: starter, main course, dessert. The service and atmosphere were very friendly, and the unique decor of the place is very nice. Perhaps a vegetarian option on the menu would be a good idea. We'll be back.

09/03/2026: We wanted to spend a weekend with girlfriends. Being over forty, we just wanted to eat. And we had amazing tapas, absolutely delicious. A good bottle of wine. Excellent value for money. All the staff were truly wonderful; we felt completely at ease. And we ended our evening here. The atmosphere was incredible. The DJ was fantastic, thank you so much for making this such a great evening; you were all amazing.

20/09/2025: I live opposite EUS and I often go up to Mas de la Molina and the Refuge del Cortalets by mountain bike. Coming back down just before Coll del Forn I see Mosset opposite and I would never have imagined such a good meal with local products and this explosion of flavors with the breathtaking view of the Catalan mountain.

20/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We waited over an hour to be served, without any real explanation or gesture of goodwill. The wait was far too long and completely ruined the meal. Once the dish finally arrived, it unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Given the wait time, we expected better quality. It's a real shame, as the overall experience was very disappointing.

20/07/2026: We came as a couple and waited at least 45 minutes to be served. The dishes were so basic they could have been prepared at home; we even wondered if they were frozen because they lacked flavor. The waitresses were nice, but there was a lack of warmth. We noticed the waiters coming around to some tables several times to ask if everything was alright, but they only came to ask us at the end of the meal when we asked for the bill. By the way, the prices on the menu are quite high. We didn't have a great evening; it was our first and last time there. It's a shame to leave that impression on tourists.

15/06/2026: Hello to all who are reading this, Le Jardin des Simples, which I would describe more as a "Garden of the Love of Good Things," is an extraordinary place run by an incredibly kind couple. It's a very intimate place; you get this strange feeling of being at home! The owner, Christophe, is truly a wonderful person, very attentive, always offering good advice, generous, funny, thoughtful, and yes, it's a pleasure... Carole, the chef, who works alone in the kitchen, it must be said, deserves all the Michelin stars in the world. Her cuisine is passionate, indulgent, rich, beautiful, and each of her dishes is unique! It's a must-visit if you like to treat yourself... My favorite restaurant, in an idyllic setting. A food lover's paradise. Thank you both! 😘😘

19/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Arrived at 12:15 p.m., served at 1:30 p.m. Squid tapas served cold, paella reheated and forgotten in the oven. A word of advice, never go to the toilet in a dismal and dirty state; the toilets at motorway service stations are cleaner. One last piece of advice: bring fly swatters, the only ones who appreciate this cuisine.
