26/01/2025: Dinner at 7 on a Saturday evening. We were all disappointed by the pizzas and the friend who opted for the ravioli as well. We were in a vaulted room, pretty The value for money didn't seem good to me. Dry national pizza, too little tomato, no mozzarella. Tasteless panna cotta I've been coming to this place since it opened and I've been disappointed twice. I no longer recommend.

24/01/2025: It’s probably my favorite Italian restaurant in Nancy. Only Italian specialties, even the drinks come from Italy and their dishes are delicious.

29/08/2024: The Charles 3 is a very pleasant place to go for a drink or even to eat I've been coming here for almost 7 years, I've seen this place develop and I've never been disappointed, the quality of the drinks is always at the top, the catering side, frankly, they quickly found their identity and we put in place place a quality standard 😁 the prices are reasonable given the quality of the products offered in their dishes as well as on the bar side. the employees do a good job, they are generally smiling even if some should question certain ways of speaking to customers or making jokes in bad taste which are not done in business. but fortunately the whole team is great and their boss is at the top, listening to his employees as well as the customer, he can be proud of what he has created and of what their companies have become since the creation of the Charles 3 👍👍 If you are looking for a place to go for a quick aperitif with friends or have a nice restaurant, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

27/09/2024: There were 11 of us here. Each dish had errors, a blue cheese sauce that turned into barbecue sauce, a forgotten Cheddar sauce, an extra dish, an ice cream waited 20 minutes longer than the others, a scoop of lemon ice cream which transforms into a ball of white chocolate ice cream, ... An endless wait between the aperitif and the main course. No commercial gesture made. Unfriendly servers. We were disappointed... I think we should refuse reservations for large tables when we are not able to accommodate them properly.

08/01/2025: Where heaven touched earth. My experience here was fenomenal. The combination of flavors and texture brought literal tears to my eyes. I cannot explain it other than I felt love while eating here. Heavenly.

08/07/2025: 🌟 A gourmet gem you absolutely must discover! 🌟 We've been to La Brûlerie for lunch several times, and we're always delighted! The food is homemade, using fresh, seasonal, and delicious ingredients, and it's evident in every plate. The dishes are balanced and prepared with true expertise. In addition to the delicious food, they offer excellent coffee and very good teas. A truly gourmet experience, from start to finish. And the service is excellent: friendly, attentive, and unfussy. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere—exactly what you need for a great time!

13/06/2025: Nice but nothing more, the service was very nice but the coffee didn't have a particular flavor for a roaster, which was a shame, the cheese tart was too salty.

27/04/2025: To flee, Two and a half hours of waiting for the order, not having all the order but billed all the same, which seemed normal apparently. Frozen products, the salmon was still frozen for certain pieces and stuck, the gyoza was grilled on the outside and almost raw on the inside, the sushi and maki are much too big due to an excess of rice which is bland, the noodles were dry, no coleslaw with the menus, the tempura tastes like soaked oil... Very disappointed, it is better to buy frozen food in supermarkets and make it yourself, it will be the same quality but better cooked and without fear of being sick.

01/03/2025: The makis, sushi, skewers, ravioli...everything is very good. The makis are plentiful. The managers are very smiling. I recommend 🍣😉
