11/11/2025: We were delighted to discover this bakery during our short family break. We tried different baguettes, quiches, pastries, and mille-feuilles. Everything was delicious 😋. It's a shame our stay is ending; I would have loved to try more of their products 😅. I highly recommend it.

21/02/2026: It used to be a terrible pizzeria, quite well-known in the neighborhood. Now it's a pizzeria that maintains a respectable standard but also offers very original international cuisine. The service is very pleasant; they take good care of their customers and are attentive. The pizza prices are reasonable. The dining room can be noisy at lunchtime as it's usually full.

08/07/2025: 🌟 A gourmet gem you absolutely must discover! 🌟 We've been to La Brûlerie for lunch several times, and we're always delighted! The food is homemade, using fresh, seasonal, and delicious ingredients, and it's evident in every plate. The dishes are balanced and prepared with true expertise. In addition to the delicious food, they offer excellent coffee and very good teas. A truly gourmet experience, from start to finish. And the service is excellent: friendly, attentive, and unfussy. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere—exactly what you need for a great time!

24/01/2026: When you walk into a restaurant of this caliber, you expect excellence. I've often heard good things about this place. The chef seems to have mastered inventive cuisine while respecting the quality of the ingredients. Perhaps it was just an off night… It all started well enough, though, with the amuse-bouche and the starter… But then, disappointment with the main courses. They lacked flavor; they were missing that little something extra to make you say, "Wow, this is haute cuisine!" The same went for the dessert, which was too heavy. The atmosphere remains chic, you have to be on your best behavior… Here, the service is no joke. A person just goes through the motions, reciting a script without any passion… It spoils the experience. We were offered wine pairings without even being told what we were going to drink. My partner ordered fish, and she was served a glass of red wine, extremely tannic… Without any explanation. No, really, it was bizarre. Unfortunately, this is not a gastronomic place that I can recommend.

04/12/2025: We drove 115 km to enjoy a gift certificate from our children, and it was a delightful surprise. We opted for the €52 tasting menu; the dishes were beautifully presented and of remarkable quality, with service that matched the quality of the food. The sommelier expertly presented each course, perfectly complementing our meal with the wine pairings. The wine list is impressive in every sense of the word. In short, a gourmet restaurant where you never feel out of place thanks to the staff's kindness. If we return to Nancy, we know where we'll be having lunch. Many thanks again to the staff for this wonderful culinary experience.

It's rare to find the kitchen and dining room so perfectly in sync. You'll leave enchanted, comforted, with the feeling of having found your own Proustian madeleine and the certainty of returning at the slightest opportunity.

05/02/2026: Passing through the neighborhood, this restaurant was a wonderful discovery. The dishes are delicious, with a truly homemade feel. That's quite rare in some Asian restaurants these days. Here, you find authentic flavors! Special mention for the Pho! The service was very quick. Run by a couple, the wife is in the kitchen preparing amazing dishes while the husband provides impeccable service. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back! Even coming from far away, it's worth the trip!

12/01/2026: A very good restaurant with a waiter/owner who's eager to share his dishes. I highly recommend stopping by. The bo-bun and gyozas are excellent. The peanut coconut pearls aren't too sweet, a welcome change from the mass-produced kind. A real find, even if the restaurant itself isn't particularly impressive.

29/12/2025: We went there for lunch, having a train two hours later, and ordered their set lunch menu. We told the waiter/manager that, while not in a rush, we only had 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch, but arriving at noon sharp with few other tables, it shouldn't have been a problem. The result was a 45-minute wait for the onion soup starter, and we had to leave after another 45-minute wait for the main course (which still hadn't arrived) so as not to miss our train. The lack of organization is somewhat forgivable, but the manager didn't hesitate to charge us an exorbitant price for the onion soup: 53 euros for the 1.5-hour wait and the four small onion soups on the menu. In short, I won't be going back!
