22/02/2026: We came to eat pizza and pasta, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza arrived cold, and the pasta was dry, bland, and tasteless. Frankly, for this level of quality, the local pizzeria does much better. On top of that, the service wasn't pleasant: the waitress seemed annoyed while we were taking our time choosing, which created a bad atmosphere right from the start of the meal. It's a shame, because we had high expectations, but between the food and the service, we won't be back.

22/02/2026: I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with high expectations. It's simple and below standard. We ordered pizza and pasta, and we weren't satisfied with either. The pasta sauce was very dry and thick, the mushrooms on the pizza were dried out and cold, and there was no flavor. Instead of the presentation and care of a restaurant, it was served in a way that could have been easily prepared and presented. The lack of friendliness and attentiveness from the staff was an added negative point.

15/03/2026: Second brunch at Frères Marchand. We came in April 2025 and had a 5-star experience. This time, we were disappointed with the brunch on March 15, 2026, for several reasons: - The portions were generally much smaller compared to last year. - The savory options were no longer as varied or frequently offered. - €8.50 for a one-liter bottle of sparkling water... That's quite expensive. - Only three sweet options (a quarter of a very dry waffle, a caramel pancake, and a slice of blueberry tart that was only 1.5 cm wide). - The price had increased to €36.90 (compared to €31 in 2025). Fortunately, the cheeses and charcuterie were still of very high quality, and coffee/tea and orange juice were still unlimited. It was still a lovely experience, but the price and the reduced selection make us hesitate to return.
