Two people refused, claiming they had to keep them with us until checkout, in an unfriendly tone. I nevertheless left the instructions in full view of the people involved, and when we went to the checkout, one of the people present when we arrived claimed that he hadn't seen our instructions and couldn't take them into account. In addition to being dishonest and a liar, this person is rude and has a serious problem with zeal. Fortunately, the majority of the staff are friendly at this establishment, which we have frequented regularly for a very long time. Furthermore, we could return the instructions without shopping. How would you do that in that case? What is the procedure?

17/02/2026: I had booked a table for Valentine's Day and confirmed by phone, but upon arrival, the reservation was nowhere to be found. We eventually got a table. The wait for the appetizers was about 60 minutes, with no presentation of the dishes, which is a shame in a restaurant where discovering the dishes is part of the experience. Several tomato-based dishes left me wondering about the choice of bland produce or a lack of seasonality. The Lebanese red wine was good. Overall, a disappointing experience, mainly due to the lack of organization and service. For the price, I expected better quality. I am leaving this review constructively, hoping that things will improve.

I was approached inappropriately on several occasions by a (rather large) employee in front of other customers, with unfounded and derogatory accusations against me, as if to humiliate me. Another employee, a man wearing glasses, also had a curt and inappropriate tone, as if he were speaking to an acquaintance. I am not generalizing to the entire team, but these behaviors negatively impacted my experience. Furthermore, I noticed that the portions served were not generous, despite the supposedly all-you-can-eat offer. The sandwiches were often undersized, as if there was an attempt to cut corners on ingredients, which gives the impression of not getting value for money. At that price, I often leave still hungry, which greatly reduces my desire to return. I would like to remind everyone that several Subway restaurants have closed in Lorient, and this one, along with the one in Lanester, is now the only survivor—and yours. In this context, customer service and quality are crucial. Every customer deserves respect, regardless of their purchase. As a father, these values ​​are essential to me. Every customer, whatever they order, must be treated with equal respect. Your restaurant is already very quiet in the evenings, and it is this kind of attitude that, in my opinion, contributes to driving customers away. Besides, there are no small or large customers, only customers! I will not be returning, nor will my friends and family, but I hope this feedback will help raise awareness of the importance of professional service, without discrimination. Sincerely

13/02/2026: Fantastic, and the sandwich was really delicious! The atmosphere is truly pleasant thanks to the servers who know how to create a great vibe and are always smiling. A special shout-out to Julie and Brenda who managed to turn a simple (albeit delicious) sandwich into a wonderful experience! 🫶 I'll definitely be back!

21/12/2025: Be warned, the tacos are extremely dry, without a single drop of cheese sauce. Make sure you have at least 1 liter of water on hand to finish them. On the plus side, they're quite full, which is something.

The careful presentation also makes them a real feast for the eyes. The portions are generous: the value for money is excellent. But what makes this place truly unique are the managers, whose kindness and thoughtfulness are exceptional. Each time they visit, they demonstrate remarkable warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend this place: your taste buds, as well as your budget, will be delighted!

10/03/2026: The guys don't speak French at all; they're incapable of taking an order properly. I spent 15 minutes explaining something simple, they said they understood, only to end up with the opposite of what I asked for. It's no good, they're incompetent, in short, completely useless!
