10/11/2025: A training restaurant in collaboration with Les Papillons Blancs. Open only for lunch. A restaurant where you need to take your time to appreciate the small but reasonably priced menu. Carefully prepared cuisine using fresh ingredients. Friendly welcome and discreet service. The menu changes every three months. I recommend you come and discover this little gem.

09/10/2025: Well-thought-out pizza recipes. A limited menu allows for better preparation of the few dishes.
The service is truly friendly; you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere during live band performances must be worth it.
This establishment's reputation is well established, so I can only say one thing: go for it!

You normally open at 6:30 am, but this morning I arrived at 7:10 am and you were still closed. There were two workers inside who were just staring at you but didn't open the door. We were left outside in the cold, like animals, but nobody came to see us. I had to knock on the window myself, but your baker just made the sign of the cross with his arms to indicate that it was closed, even though everything was on display. So I had to go to Saint-Pol-sur-Mer to get my bread rolls.

07/03/2026: First time eating at Flunch DK.
Very, very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a fried egg with a well-cooked steak.
The steak arrived just as I wanted, but the egg was completely hard and crunchy! The egg was overcooked, almost black underneath, and the sides were crunchy like bricks. The yolk wasn't runny at all; it was yellow and hard.
I ate my meal anyway.
I also ordered a Fuze Tea with the glass system. It was so watered down that it didn't taste like a Fuze Tea at all.
The floor and tables were dirty.
I understand it was busy, but a little more tact, please!
Disappointed with my visit. I will, however, commend the staff, who remained pleasant.
02/03/2026: Prices have gone up considerably, but portion sizes remain the same; a restaurant like Flunch is still expensive for a family.

25/09/2024: We visited on our way back to the UK, one of the joys of France is going to their supermarkets as they are incredible compared to the UK, and this Auchan didn't disappoint!
It is huge, with a garden centre as well, and a large home department, but as always it was the food section that really wowed us.
A huge fresh food selection, and the butchery/deli area has an incredible range of meats including offal and lesser known cuts - onglet, bavette etc for sale which is incredibly hard to find in the UK. There is also an actual butcher out the back which you can see behind the glass where they make their own sausages and other meat products like the marinated items.
And you can't talk about a French supermarket without mentioning the bread and patisserie - wonderful selection and the eclairs we bought were delicious.
We also received great service - there was an Auchan staff member who heard us talking in English about a beer we couldn't find, and he stepped in to ask if he could help and he helped us find what we were looking for! Great service.
Definitely one of the better Auchan's around, and if you're on your way back to the UK, definitely worth making a stop here!
21/09/2024: 12/24/2020: Although this Auchan hypermarket is not new, it is huge, well stocked and offers rather reasonable prices. It's the first time I've been here and I'm not disappointed. Despite the crowds, the checkout was quick. The staff remains pleasant, available and resists the pressure of this New Year's Eve. Well done !
Now that I live in Dunkirk, Auchan is my go-to supermarket. I do 80% of my shopping there.

We place a big order: 67th we go home and in the end, a wrap is missing. Half the sauces are missing.

24/07/2024: Très décevant tout était froid le jambon braisé sec la moitié jeté....et les légumes étaient pas non froid aussi pas assaisonner idem pour les haricots verts 🫤🫤🫤
16/07/2024: Rien a dire plat chaud, les moules était excellente, les légumes bien assaisonner et chaud, restaurant propre. Le personnel agréable et a l écoute.
