06/04/2024: Very pleasant place to spend time with family
05/04/2024: For a family birthday we were welcomed very warmly and we ate very well. The stews are tasty and the portions are very generous, the desserts are also very delicious. Not to mention the adjoining park where the children were able to let off steam in complete safety.

Our animal friends are very well received
Here I was allowed to take my order on site with my two little dogs (5 kilos), clean, calm and educated, of course.
And I was turned away when paying in cash at the counter!
Obviously no display of dogs prohibited upon my arrival
the manager rushed to get a poster to stick it in front of me
This is absurd and illegal!
He must hate our animal friends to act like this!
Who doesn't like animals doesn't like people
What reassured me was that the people around me were just as shocked by this situation.
What zeal in simple fast food where even three-star Lee restaurants offered me a doggie bar..because it is not the only large fast food chain to act like this...

23/02/2024: Very bad experience, terrible customer service. I contacted the company several times and they never responded.
We ordered for a company meal, with a vegan person and this clearly put them in difficulty:
- Unpleasant (even execrable) reception by telephone: presumption about the vegan person, no listening on your part and "it's true that if you have people who eat stones..." this is not an acceptable way of dealing address a client (and a person in general)
- Non-adaptation to different diets: we expect a caterer to be able to adapt or offer solutions.
- Last minute change of dish: we had stipulated to you from the start the desired service date, why not plan the selected dishes accordingly
- I failed to specify accompaniments, they did not ask me for details and therefore took the liberty of choosing.
Despite all this and my reminders, no one from the team came back to us with excuses, solutions or commercial gestures.
