09/04/2026: A strange experience... The display window on the ground floor is enticing, but you can't order what's on offer when you're upstairs. The upstairs menu is complicated to understand... In short, it's off to a bad start. The quiche was okay, nothing special. The accompanying salad was poorly washed. The tabbouleh was bland and tasteless. And what about the mushroom soup... I love a good meal, but this was nothing but watery and medicinal. I understand the decision not to add salt, which is commendable, but please season your dishes. I gave it two stars because the desserts are good and the drink selection is nice. I wouldn't recommend this place for lunch upstairs.

08/04/2026: A tiny slice of leek and salmon quiche—no salmon, no salt, no flavor, as bland as could be; a cup of lentil and carrot soup—no carrots, tasteless except for the taste of water; a cup of equally bland tabbouleh. All for €12.50. Really not great.

24/04/2026: A very warm welcome. The homemade bread rolls are delicious. The pasta dish is also excellent. A quiet place that encourages conversation. Reasonable prices.

12/05/2026: Nothing is right. The food is frozen and tasteless. The burger has dry shredded chicken, and it's missing lettuce and onion. The fries are frozen. We were told there was no salad since this morning (isn't there a supermarket in Beauvais?), so there were no salads on the menu. The dry cordon bleu was served with fries but no mixed greens… The music blares Lady Gaga covers. I do not recommend it.

07/05/2026: Good evening, We arrived on a Wednesday evening at 9:30 PM, a party of four. The waiter came to take our order at 10:10 PM after we waved him over. Once served, the food was actually good, but no one came to collect our finished plates until 11:00 PM. Why did we have to wait so long? Because no one came to ask if we wanted dessert; again, we had to call the waiter. In the end, we ordered one Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream sundae), and it took no less than 15 minutes to get it out because they were apparently out of vanilla. Regarding this Dame Blanche, I'm still looking for the chocolate; perhaps they were out of it? So, in the end, the service was disastrous, with incredibly long wait times, but the owner didn't seem worried, so I guess this is normal. Despite this delay, which was reported to the waiter, there was no gesture of goodwill. I even think the manager avoided us because the feedback wouldn't have been good. The only positive point is that you can only improve your service, because you can't do any worse. The staff is fantastic—welcoming and professional—which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I almost always get takeout, and even though the wait can sometimes be a little long, it's definitely worth it. You can tell everything is made with care, and the taste is always exceptional. Honestly, if you love sushi, you can go without hesitation!

24/05/2026: Unacceptable... I ordered from the drive-thru, waited an enormous amount of time, and the staff was incredibly rude... When I got home, a €10 burger was missing. No one ever answered the phone despite several attempts. When I went in, they told me there was no manager... I complained to customer service, and their response was that there was no photo of the missing item! So, no refund or compensation... It's absurd!

The food is excellent, with generous portions prepared with care. Special mention goes to the "ficelle picarde," a perfectly executed and absolutely delicious regional specialty. The ingredients are high-quality, and the flavors are spot on. If you're looking for a good place in Beauvais to enjoy traditional French cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend Les Halles restaurant. An excellent experience that I will gladly repeat!

24/04/2026: Delivery made this afternoon. The delivery driver was kind and friendly, as was the person on the phone. However, the fries were overcooked, so I only ate a few. The pizza was okay, which is the highlight, but the speculoos tiramisu was something I wouldn't recommend.
