18/12/2024: Wonderful! The vegan mapo tofu was fantastic, very tasty and a generous portion. The price is great and there are many vegetarian options, in addition to the excellent service in English (it helped me a lot as I don't speak French). I wish I had more time in Paris to try other dishes haha ​​I highly recommend it.

17/12/2024: My favorite Chinese canteen. I've been coming here since 2006. Every time I'm in Paris, homemade ravioli is on my list. I would easily name homemade herb and pork ravioli among my favorite dishes in the entire world. ❤️ I like to see that - certainly because of the gentrification of the neighborhood - there are more and more people who appreciate this extraordinary canteen.

11/08/2024: First of all, I have to rate the service, the 2 girls looked after us excellently and they deserve 5/5, but the chef. We got an uncleaned salad with a small snail crawling through it. Then I ate only with the fear of where to hide. Attempting to saschimi a good tuna was well loaded. I would definitely pay more attention to the vegetables in the next salad, the tomato was not cleaned properly and the cucumber was in large strips, I didn't understand what the chef meant by that, in addition, this salad was too acidic, I would have liked a sweeter dressing, the same spices, watermelon. Advice for cooks, try simply watermelon, chilli and powdered sugar. Dessert is also no glory kiwi and olive oil, it made like a sorbet. I don't understand such a high evaluation of the reviews and their description, unfortunately I have to say the exact opposite of the taste is bland, nothing special to the classic sour taste of salads like everywhere. The meat was good and interestingly seasoned, only the duck leg I would give more care and I would certainly not give the bone where a lot of sulfur meat remained. P.S. I don't like them where they cook worse than I do at home. Thank you, but I won't come again.

31/07/2024: Le Floréal Belleville, with its eclectic decor and relaxed atmosphere, is the ideal place for brunch, lunch or an evening drink. The cuisine is tasty, offering varied options at affordable prices. The service is friendly. A warm place not to be missed in Belleville!

21/09/2024: The setting is great: location, terrace and decor.. On the other hand...to eat...40/45 minutes of waiting: the excuse of crowds is not everything...because you receive your dish (barely cooked fries) BEFORE your starter... for a starter starter place (rillettes in a terrine... gherkins and pickles so no last minute finishing touches... just to send if there is sufficient set up).. that breaks things a bit: it's more a question of organization than of attendance ...all this for basic product quality... it's not bad at all but nothing that compensates for the hiccups. Nothing to say about the politeness of the teams, we have the impression that they are doing their best but that it is not (yet) their job. In short, nice for the setting to have a drink (fast bar service) but more disappointing for the restaurant...or maybe because of the setting we hope for more...

16/11/2024: I had read that it had changed and that it is no longer the same since there was a change of ownership....well I went there last night and I understood why....it it's not even possible to sit inside since there are drafts everywhere the cocktail menu well it's really not great so the toilets were a shit hole with a curtain instead on door! zero !! In short, I won't go back

09/07/2025: Young and friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the owner of this place doesn't deserve it. He's an odious character who loves to listen to himself talk. As all the other reviews say, and as his responses to other comments attest, questioning himself isn't in his specifications. Another friendly Parisian place ruined by a self-conscious man who lacks authority over others. Avoid at all costs.

03/07/2025: Hilarious owner and a pure place to enjoy the summer. The best spot in the neighborhood for a drink on the terrace. Also highly recommended is the Petit Circus, 200m away, from the same owner. Yeahh man

02/08/2024: The dishes are good and the price-quality is good. The server is nice. The place is rather calm. Out of 4 dinners there, the boss was unpleasant twice. Including once it was his replacement. Last time there were 7 of us at our table out of 11 customers in total for the evening. Including 2 who left as soon as their meal was finished. And 2 regulars who just had drinks at the bar. The first time we attracted 2 or 3 tables of customers. In short, his harbor is empty, we make the majority of his turnover on Saturday evenings. We politely ask him to turn down the sound on the TV. At that time we were the only customers. He tells us no because it's the Olympics. To then tell us to shout less loudly at our board games. Once our drinks and meals have been paid for at 10:00 p.m. he chases us away. My friends felt rather unwelcome. I don't understand how you can run a bar in these conditions?

29/08/2024: While visiting Paris for a day, I stopped in Belleville at this restaurant because my father likes to eat there due to our Tunisian origins, very good cuisine, friendly Tunisian atmosphere, still pay attention to the addition at the end because when they bring you the kemya and you don't want it they still count it for you and if you don't report it it's for you.

28/01/2025: DO NOT EAT HERE. We saw a crowd gathered outside this place and thought it might be a nice spot for a quick dinner while staying in Belleville. We were wrong. Staff was friendly and welcoming, but the food was atrocious. 17 euros for a hamburger sans bun, with some pieces of iceberg with ranch and a single slice of tomato as salad, alongside some bang average fries. Absolutely shocking for this price in Paris. Drinks were fine, if a little pricey. Servers were nice. Don't go here.
