24/03/2026: One of the best restaurants I ever dined. Food was the top notch! I chose 5 course menu and first thought that the plates were tiny, but they kept coming and coming and the taste and melange of tastes was superb! Pared with the excellent champagne. Chefs are cooking in front of you and you can see how much they care about their food. Highly recommend!

27/03/2026: First, I want to commend the kindness of the waiter, a lovely person who took the time to warn me about the Mapo noodles and their pepper. While it is technically pepper, I think it would be much more helpful to mention that the original recipe is very salty. Reducing the amount of pepper will make the dish less salty, but not less spicy. Those unfamiliar with this recipe won't understand that it's this particular pepper that makes the dish so salty, and I understand that neither the kitchen staff nor the customers want to understand the confusion when faced with a dish that isn't to their liking. The presentation and service were very pleasant.

28/03/2026: We were a group of 15 people celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and setting were ruined by one of the servers, who seemed to be the owner, and whose behavior was completely inappropriate. By 8 pm, the music was already far too loud, and by 10 pm it became truly unpleasant. While we came for the concept, there's a need for moderation. It's a real shame, because we're familiar with the atmosphere of lively bars, and the bartender and the cocktails were excellent!

16/12/2024: Absolutely loved this bar. Was lucky enough to have Adrienne as my bartender and was blown away by his service, technique and friendliness. Would highly recommend Bar Nouveau to anyone in Paris and I will definitely be back on my next trip.

25/03/2026: A nice restaurant with great Parisian vibes! The service is excellent and the food is awesome: I recommend trying the boeuf stroganoff or the risotto and for dessert the mont blanc! The crème brulée is awesome!

17/02/2026: Everything was perfect. Authentic traditional French cuisine. Efficient and pleasant service. We succumbed to the chicken with Vin Jaune and morels, offered off-menu this Saturday, February 14th. A real treat!

24/03/2026: Today, March 24th 2026, I called le 404 to book dinner, but I was shocked by the way the staff on the phone treated me! This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, but after the rude and unprofessional way the reservationist treated me, I will never go to this restaurant again.

19/03/2026: A gem! A magnificent setting, a very friendly team, and exceptional food. I had the lamb shank tagine, a 10/10. Highly recommended.
