Regarding cod, I am not questioning the raw product but rather its use.
For lamb, why go and look for it in Ireland when the brass from Aveyron is the best breed in the world and scoop, it is French and PGI?
Finally on beer, €9 per 33cl bottle while Eurélienne, the best white beer in the world in 2023, is €6.20 per liter.
Let's go ? Let's be serious, don't lecture me.
As for your customers who you "delight", you should monitor your salt and pepper levels because I think that their absence in the dishes is largely compensated by the tourists who literally empty the salt shakers on their plates.

01/04/2024: A traditional French restaurant. The atmosphere is rustic and loving. The young man who served us was very friendly, funny, accommodating and organized everything in the restaurant on his own and did it perfectly.
The food was terrific and the price was great. 3 course menu 25.90 euros. We will be back.

05/04/2024: Stumbled across this place while roaming around Notre Dame area. Delicious meal with a very decent price for the location. We had a cesar salade and pasta arabiatta, both were delicious. Highly recommend! Not flashy or touristy.
