19/05/2024: Chef Eric is a master of his arts. The intimate one-man restaurant creates a truly special atmosphere, where you feel like a guest in Chef Eric's kitchen. While reminiscent of a Japanese Omakase, the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and Chef Eric's personal touch elevates the experience beyond anything I've had at a Michelin-starred Omakase establishment. He was also attentive to our dietary restrictions.
23/03/2024: Eric is truly a one of a kind. His passion to cooking goes above and beyond your expectations with anything and everything he does. From the setup, the hospitality, the flavor and freshness of the ingredients purchased just a few hours before the meal, and ... mostly the amazing vibes and energy you feel in his kitchen.
Hands down, the best dinner I had in years 🙏

09/06/2024: The sushi and skewers are very good, the service is quite fast and the prices are reasonable. On the other hand, the setting doesn't make you dream, it's dark and a little cramped, too bad.
07/06/2024: I came across this sushi restaurant by chance. There was nothing else to eat nearby so I came and tried. The fish portions are very generous and very fresh!! The service is also excellent, it's worth coming!

But price/quality, decent and the noodles were good, and the price was cheap for Paris
