24/03/2024: Overall, we had a really bizarre experience at DT. The food was terrific; however, both of us agreed that it didn’t live up to the hype and the extremely high price range. Then came the service - which for the first half of the meal was speedy and fantastic, but weirdly slowed to an absolute halt when the later courses started. We didn’t get the check until 1 a.m., and there were times when the server didn’t deliver any portions for 45 minutes. And after the last corse, it took 45 minutes to get the tab! But the worst was them charging us 30€ for our “welcome” Champaign, which they didn’t note beforehand, then adding a 8€ hidden charge for using the hand towel at the beginning of the meal. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

12/03/2024: Beautiful, inventive and delicious food. This is an event restaurant -- we were here for over 4 hours and loved every minute. Pacing of the meal was great, but it's a lot! Counting (amazing) breads and five amuse bouches, we were served at least 30 distinct dishes. The wine pairings are a must, each one obscure enough to feel novel, somehow atypical for the varietal or elevating already lofty food; sometimes all 3. The meal was themed, but not in a way we found over the top or gimmicky -- it all works as food. Service is among the best we've encountered in 20 years of traveling to Paris, entirely professional but warm and unpretentious, even a tiny bit sassy. Our servers patiently indulged our desire to hear it all in French, even if at times we had to ask for repeat explanations. There was no part of the meal that disappointed. We celebrated a milestone birthday here and I'll treasure the memory for years to come.

17/03/2024: Hotel very well located 800 m not even from the Eiffel Tower, the gentleman at the reception was very kind, he even offered to help us find visits to do during our stay, the only negative point which meant that I removed one star is that you cannot open the windows even with swinging, because it is very hot in the room

EXCELLENT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL AND VERY CLEAN ROOMS, THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL AND HOSSAM IS THE ABSOLUTE NUMBER 1

03/04/2024: Good pizza, much less pasta (especially the carbonara) and one thing I didn't like very much was that on the bottle of oil it didn't say it was spicy and when I put a lot of it on the pizza I was taken by surprise

05/04/2024: We had dinner last night at Popu and it was really delicious. We sat down outside and enjoyed a vegetarian pizza and we also ordered rumsteck. Top quality ingredients. They were very busy but we didn’t have to wait. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Sorry no pictures, next time. We will definitely will be back soon.

23/03/2024: Absolutely divine cuisine! From the wonderfully seasoned vitello tonnato, to the ultra-tasty stuffed cabbage, to the soft and perfectly cooked sweetbreads, not to mention the delicious pear clafoutis with its shortbread base, everything was so good! Not surprising when you know that the Chef is a former Robuchon chef. Very nice selection of wines by the glass. The welcome is also adorable and attentive in an elegant and warm setting. A very very nice address!

27/02/2024: The food, service, and atmosphere are all great! Entrée+Main dish+dessert I changed the entrée to truffle jotto by adding a certain amount to the regular course and it was an excellent choice. They even provided croquettes and homemade madeleines before the meal, which were also delicious! It's well worth your time!

15/02/2024: A restaurant with great food and service. I have visited the store several times since my first visit. I don't think there are many restaurants in Paris where you can get this quality of food and service. While the restaurant was busy on Valentine's Day, the chef was greeting all the customers who visited the restaurant with bonsoir through the small window of the small kitchen. Even though the place was full, the service madam and the male employee were always smiling and having great conversation. I'm looking forward to hearing from you again.

02/03/2024: Very nice Japanese restaurant, despite the late hour (close to closing) and the crowds present, the staff was very accommodating to allow us to have lunch. The dishes were of high quality with good products, a beautiful presentation and good value for money.

I was also able to discover miso soup which, against all expectations, was a great discovery for me because of its flavors.
