30/12/2023: J’ai l’habitude d’y manger avec mon mari pour des occasions. Je fais connaître le restaurant à des ami(e)s, nous étions tous ravis et nous avons tous très bien mangé. Les plats sont copieux vous en avez pour votre argent.

29/12/2023: On nous dégage car le dessert ne leur rapportait pas assez, inadmissible! On nous prend notre commande (3desserts) ensuite on revient nous voir pour nous dire de sortir alors que la salle était à moitié pleine ! A fuir!!!!

22/09/2024: We loved it! The steak was tender and flavorful, served and kept hot, great salad, good service. We went early, about 6pm, and there was no wait. Nice ambiance and great location.

09/12/2024: Sur proposition d’amis avec lesquels nous sommes habitués de tester les différents très bons brunchs de la capitale, nous avons porté notre choix cette fois-ci sur celui du Pavyllon. C’est malheureusement sans doute celui qui me laissera le moins bon souvenir de ceux que nous avons expérimentés jusqu'à maintenant. Rien à dire au sujet de l'environnement, fort agréable, avec une table dans la véranda au décor de saison et des fauteuils confortables. Heureusement, car nous allions y rester presque 3 heures...En effet, pas de buffet ici mais un brunch servi à table du début à la fin. Soit. Cela peut même être reposant de ne pas avoir à se lever sans cesse pour remplir nos assiettes au buffet. La contrepartie est la totale dépendance au service (et au nombre de plats). Nous avons par exemple dû attendre 15 mn pour obtenir nos 1ères boissons chaudes. Le personnel est au demeurant très souriant et voulant bien faire. La principale déception n'est cependant pas là, mais dans le contenu du brunch à proprement parler. La carte ne ment pas, mais elle s'avère à l'usage un peu indigeste. Après 1 croissant, 1 pain au chocolat et 1 part de cake au citron (tous de très bonne qualité), le diététicien qui n'a sans doute pas conçu le menu vous réserve un blinis (avec saumon), une gougère (avec jambon) et une navette briochée (avec espèce de saucisse au homard). De la pâte sous toutes ses formes ! L'omelette (sous forme de quenelle) et le blanc de poulet tiède n'apportent par ailleurs aucune originalité et saveurs un peu différentes et rafraichissantes qui vous émoustilleraient le palais. Bon point sur les desserts (servis tous ensemble) qui, malgré une tranche de pain perdu qui vient clore la liste des pâtes, sont délicieux. J'avais attendu mieux, plus diversifié et créatif, pour un prix tout de même assez élevé. Dommage. Heureusement, nous étions en très bonne compagnie.

04/12/2024: For a first experience in this restaurant, the cuisine was exceptional, the dishes, nothing to say, the service was great and the atmosphere at the bar was great. A very good time, gives a very large table. THANKS.

31/08/2024: Amazing place with the best service we could ever ask for in Paris!! The food was excellent and the wine recommendation as well. We received complimentary food and shots and recommendations. I can totally recommend this place. I would give more stars if possible.

04/09/2024: We loved this place in the past years service and ambiance still great but this time food was blah! No dishes were memorable and it was a long three hour menu half of which tasted bland. Meat comes dry on the tasting menu with no sauce. Not sure what is worth if they forgot to bring it or if chef meant for it to have no sauce- equally bad. Makes one wonder about all those three Michelin stars ⭐️ and whether after all these years it is time to revisit I know I won’t come back. When you pay 2000 for a meal for two you expect perfection what we got is place to see and be seen but not to eat ALAS

27/08/2024: Le Cinq is a legendary place. You owe it to yourself to go there once in your life. But watch your budget! You have to choose between a week's vacation in the sun or dinner at Le Cinq... But everything is perfect, the service, the attention, the dishes, the flavors, the discovery, the experience, a wine list that will make the drops blush of God, sommeliers who advise you but who also leave you alone! Appropriate staff uniforms, neither too long nor too short! The Chef, Christian Le Squer, 3 Michelin stars, has a team worthy of the name.

26/09/2024: Not very satisfied with the meal in this Michelin 1*: THE - : - incredibly small quantities, even for a restaurant that aims to be gourmet, you come away hungry. The main course was particularly empty, a very small piece of pigeon with a tiny stuffed chard as an accompaniment, the whole table expected to see the accompaniments arrive but nothing at all... no matter how much we eat bread, we go out with it half-empty stomach. This is unacceptable when you pay 79 euros per head (excluding drinks). - "5% salary contribution" directly included in the bill: we are in France, the menus must provide the service prices already included, as is the case in all restaurants. Say directly that the menu is not 75 euros but 79 euros per person. Surprisingly non-transparent approach (is it even legal?). - Bank card terminal which also offers to tip (optionally): we are in France once again, if customers are sufficiently delighted with the service, they request it themselves. The technique of "encouraging" the customer to add a tip is unusual and unworthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, especially given the 5% contribution already added to the bill. This looks like disingenuous practices targeting non-French tourists. The +: - the setting is very beautiful, the classic-modern decoration is successful - the dishes are generally successful (I didn't really like the dessert but that's a personal taste), the bread is good, the bread accompaniments very good (seaweed butter, excellent olive oil) - the service is generally pleasant and attentive

21/09/2024: Intimate atmosphere and personalized service with tasty and delicious food. Prices are reasonable given the high quality of service. It was an amazing moment for our wedding birthday. We enjoyed particularly their proposal for food and wine pairing as it was just perfect based on small wine cooperative. Thanks you to the Wine Steward and the Chief for their fruitful alliance. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful lunch. A special thank you to Frederic for his warm welcome and interesting discussions. For us one of the best high quality one star michelin restaurant of the capital.
