Les meilleurs restaurants dans le quartier Faubourg-Montmartre de Paris

08/04/2024: Pris un mezze falafel, je m'attendais à un plat de falafels acoompagné de mezzes comme je le trouve aussi bien en France qu'ailleurs soit des falafels accompagnées à minima d' houmous, caviar d'aubergine, taboulé, sauce ... Mais là, 1 seul gros falafel avec 1 cornichon coupé en 2, 4 tomates cerises, 2 minuscules feuilles de salade, une demi carotte méchamment coupée et le tout sans rien, pas de sauce ni même un filet d'huile. Ah oui, j'oubliais une petite tranche de citron. Et le tout servi sur une feuille de carton doré. Il y a d'autres miznon, mais j'irais ailleurs !

21/07/2024: Super accueil 😎 Quel plaisir de découvrir l’adresse de Fabien , Philippe nous a préparer un cocktail 🍸 d’exception , fait avec goût et avec parcimonie, bel équilibre, dans les arômes , Les produits frais de qualité, surtout les accras étaient incroyables, et gourmands . L’accueil au top , familial et authentique, Staff sérieux et très compétent , à l’écoute , et efficace. Design et déco au top 👌 Presque sur un gastronomique, sans l’étoile Michelin , peux être plus tard ;) ! Belle énergie et belle ambiance musicale, La Barmade ravissante et élégante nous a fait passé une belle soirée avec sa belle énergie . Je recommande fortement pour toute personne recherchant un rendez-vous hors du temps, dans les vieux paris d’antan . Celui d’Edith Piaf et de Coluche . Here's my unvarnished verdict: Savory items (Snacks): We start with a delightful surprise. Finding a decent sandwich in Paris is becoming a real challenge. Here, the value for money is simply superb. The bread has character, the filling is fresh and generous, all for a price that remains refreshingly realistic. An ideal lunch option. Pastries and tarts: This is where things really take off. The puff pastry is a pure marvel of craftsmanship: perfectly crisp, airy, with that unmistakable buttery flavor. The apple almond tart is living proof, a perfectly mastered balance of texture and flavor. As for the apricot-pistachio flan, the bold combination pays off. It's creamy, tangy, and delicious. My absolute favorite: The cream puffs. Prepare to be blown away. The choux pastry is impeccable, the cream is incredibly light without sacrificing any of its richness. A true technical masterpiece. My verdict: A highly recommended spot. Whether you're stopping by for a quick lunch or to indulge a sweet tooth, you'll find the work of passionate artisans. I'll definitely be back.
