30/03/2024: Good service but questionable cuisine we took the dish of the day so a slice of maroilles chicken the taste of the chicken was very doubtful and freezing on top of that, unseasoned salad the fries were also frozen all the same a fresh fries is better and not hard to do, the lights in the room were not functional, the dishes were not very clean and the furniture was all damaged, in short, run away

20/12/2023: It was the best meal I had in Arras. Ozgur Chef, chicken wrap doner. It puts 150-250 grams of meat. We asked for a wrap. It has 4 types of ingredients and weighs 1 kg. It is difficult to put 50 grams of chicken in Turkey. It was really incredible. I recommend it. It's a cute and beautiful place.

10/12/2023: We had booked at this restaurant thinking we would find a good place given the reviews. We were disappointed both in the cuisine and in terms of the service and the location. We spent 1 hour 45 minutes in the restaurant just to eat a dish that didn't require much preparation... the service wasn't great either... plus, we waited a long time to have dishes that really weren't good. A bad maroille cream, a lousy piece from the butcher, a poorly cooked fish casserole and so on. To end up in a place that was not welcoming with chipped dishes and decoration that needed refreshing.

Very limited card.
Steamed dumplings that are hard and not hot.
Very nervous tuna.
The rice was very sweet.
Poorly proportioned sushi.
In short, not crazy at all. Very disapointed. I advise against. Tiktok and co is a bit of bullshit.
05/04/2024: The atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly. There is a wide variety of dishes, desserts and coffee, which is essential after a meal. Ordering via a tablet makes the experience comfortable and dynamic. The sesame jam, tea ice cream and sushi, the house specialty, are a must. I am really delighted to be able to have lunch in a warm atmosphere.
These are the reasons why I don't give it 5 stars:
- There are a lot of lawyers. I like experimental Japanese food, but this makes the menu very repetitive.
- Many fried foods were not crispy
I also missed the classic Sunomono, but that didn't affect my rating. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to visit it.

29/03/2024: Friday evening 8:30 p.m. the all-you-can-eat buffet empty and not filled, forced to scrape the edges to get sauce.
Wanting to have a dessert right after, I backed out when I saw that the employee who cleaned the room came to serve me without bothering to wash his hands. So no dessert either.
Summary: I'm hungry
23/03/2024: I had lunch at noon. I had a plate of raw vegetables with hard-boiled and even extra-hard eggs. Without any culinary interest! The duck confit dish, hyper-dry meat served almost cold with a bed of potatoes bathed in oil. Cheese, Camembert which was not very young. The seemingly exhausted waitress who had completely lost her smile.
Honestly I'm not too demanding but I won't go back there again. There is a lot to do in this "restaurant".

31/03/2024: We came with two dogs, very pleasant and fast staff. Everything we ate was very good, we were very surprised because it's more of a pub than a restaurant, really nothing to say, maybe just the music a little too loud.
08/03/2024: So very meh... too bad... The service is good, waitress wants to do well, but unfortunately the rest doesn't follow... Chopped steak for children, gray, whitish in color, it almost looked like it was cooked in water 😂 ! The fries are good! For my part, I took a flank steak with shallots, fortunately the sauce enhances the taste a little because otherwise it remains very bland... I knew the places from the "Leffe" days, the atmosphere was completely different, much more dynamic.
Empty room, this is not surprising.

14/04/2024: I called today to order, I was asked to wait, no problem. After 7 minutes, I say to myself "well they forgot me, I'm going to call back".... So I call back and I go from home to the dominoes (in advance of my order), I am told again to wait , this time 10 min
I arrive at the Arras dominos, I am asked if I placed an order by telephone to which I reply that it is complicated since we are waiting but with no response at the end, the waitress did not know what to answer me .
A woman who I think is the manager is breathtakingly friendly, of course it's ironic. She speaks very badly to the other employees, it shocked me my god
Fortunately the service is fast, which is good because it's Sunday and nothing is open but never again dominoes Arras

02/04/2024: Today 04/02/2024 review the basics of reception or management we don't say wait quickly.. and we don't pause the order on the car window either and just a good evening that would be- is it difficult to say? I don't know if it's because there is no manager or something else, but I think your teams either need to be changed or reframed. I'm not for Google reviews, it's still bad advertising, but here it is. is borderline disrespectful I understand that it is a fast food but it remains a restaurant with the basics of service and it is really lamentable we came several evenings to Macdo Arras we will go back to the one in Dainville which having said that are already much more Polite and pleasant and I think that criticizing a customer who has returned several times does not interest other customers, good luck to you, hoping that you remain open but react!
