28/09/2026: Hats off to the team who worked so hard to serve us quickly despite the lunchtime rush, my favorite restaurant!

27/09/2026: So much needs changing. An order placed at 2 PM, still not received by 3 PM; staff overwhelmed on a Sunday, forced to close the restaurant doors to prevent customers from entering to order; an outdoor kiosk that never works; a manager who has to handle everything instead of his employees. A good twenty people literally jostling each other in front of the counter waiting to pay for their orders, with no one to manage them or handle the crowd. Perhaps this information needs to be escalated to higher management so that things finally change. I'm rarely disappointed by the food, but almost always by the equipment and order management. The organization has been in dire need of an overhaul for some time now, and it's getting worse and worse. It's no longer acceptable for either the customers or the employees; it's a disaster.

04/07/2026: I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but when you order a Mexican panini and replace the chorizo ​​(due to an allergy) with merguez sausage, they charge you an extra €3.50. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it. And when you point it out, they tell you, "That's just how it is, it's an extra charge, and you choose to change it." I simply substituted one of the ingredients, and yes, I chose my allergy, and at that price, they really need to improve the quality of the merguez. Be careful with your wallet if you change the filling. A panini at €13.50? You might as well go eat at Buffalo Grill right next door.

03/06/2026: Very disappointed after ordering an Ocean Salad which contained stale lettuce, frozen salmon and shrimp.

13/08/2026: Dirty restaurant. Staff who don't enjoy their work...no smiles...dirty furniture...loose toilet handle...crooked toilet paper holder...bad smell in the toilets...Flies on the food...I won't be coming back...
