Seeing a young person in training who is very serious and professional taken over by a young lady in the dining room who describes her colleague as a "bar scumbag" and who discusses his technical inspection as well as the apprentice's epileptic seizure in the kitchen without the slightest discretion , we were hoping for a better experience this Saturday evening... Too bad because the team is very welcoming.

29/11/2024: We ate in a very beautiful setting! The food was very good, quick service and pleasant staff. It was the first time but we will come back with pleasure because we had a great time. The restaurant is clean, pretty decor and good music! Only small point of improvement I think the meat could have been more tender BUT it was still delicious.
Looking forward to it!
16/10/2024: Second visit, the food is still very good but we waited 1h30 to get our starters (which were not all the ones we had, so we pointed out to the waitress who told us that that's what she wrote. .. No commercial gesture or change of entry... Disappointing)

We enjoyed ourselves.
Fast service, quality dishes.
We also appreciate the small gift (bottle of wine) for my grandmother's birthday.

28/08/2024: Très déçue du service aujourd’hui ! Clients réguliers de ce restaurant à Bruay, Nous sommes venus manger ce mercredi midi et pour profiter du soleil nous avons choisi de s’installer en terrasse. Le serveur était très froid, à la limite du désagréable : aucun sourire, aucun merci. Quand vous l’appelez pour commander ou demander du pain, vous voyez sur son visage que vous le dérangez…. Bref il n’avait pas envie d’être là. Heureusement ça se passe beaucoup mieux habituellement et c’est pour cela qu’on y revient assez souvent. Mais c’est dommage car comme souvent nous avons bien mangé, les plats du jour sont variés et il y’a du choix dans la carte.

Nous demandons de l’eau au bout d’un certain temps
Et ce monsieur nous jette les verres sur la table comme des chiens
Quelle horreur et quelle honte
Il faut que cette personne change de travail

Just a slight downside on the candied lemon/fennel risotto, which was not very creamy. But it's the first time.
17/08/2024: couldn't even eat, we were refused because of our dog.
I wonder if children are allowed, you never know

The young owners are very kind and helpful.
You have to taste the chocolate mousse. It's a delight
We are walkers from Quebec on the Via Francigena.

Le welsh était à tomber.
Le cadre est très sympa.C'était parfait!

Un bel endroit.
Un acceuil et un service très professionnels.
Des plats de saison préparés avec des produits locaux et avec des saveurs inattendues qui régalent nos papilles.
Une addition correcte pour une très belle soirée.
Vous l'avez deviné.. une de nos cantines préférées !!

24/05/2024: Nice decor, friendly staff, small personal parking lot or large parking lot not far away, positive point.
No table service and we throw away the trays.
Recycling bin positive point too 😉.
Fries good but a little overcooked.
Overall I like this quiet little place for a little break between 2 purchases because there are lots of stores nearby. 👍
