15/07/2026: You can see the difference between the southwest, where they're incredibly welcoming and even seat you in the best spots if you have a reservation, though they'll move you later if other people arrive. Here, on the contrary, the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Despite all the empty tables, they tell you that even though there's still an hour before your reservation, "Oh no, it's not possible: I won't have time to clear the table." Well, yes, that's asking too much! This is how they treat tourists. We come here every summer, and we won't be back. We prefer to go to the Monaco market, where the prices are just as reasonable, with the added bonus of respect and kindness from the customers, and similar service.

11/07/2026: We had a wonderful meal during the height of summer for around €80 as a family with two children. We ordered a mixed platter with six unique open-faced sandwiches to share, a charcuterie board, and a cheese board (we were a little critical of the cheese board, being from the Auvergne region, we're picky about cheese, you know 😅). But it all came with two Pagos (a type of soft drink) for the children and a lovely bottle of rosé from the Var region for the parents! 🍷 A great place for a quick and delicious meal 👌 Highly recommended 🙏

14/02/2026: First experience. Pleasantly surprised... very good dough and toppings. I had the Corsica with figatellu sausage. Absolutely amazing... I don't know anywhere else to eat it. And another one with eggplant. Extremely generous and also very good. Next time to try the seafood! 😜 And finally, the pizza was ready in a minute, as promised by the lady on the phone. So, well done and thank you! 🙏

13/02/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, these are my son's favorite pizzas! The dough is excellent!!! The toppings are fantastic! The owners are very friendly! And it's so fast! Great! 👍

03/06/2026: The food was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The quality and flavour of the dishes were excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the food. Unfortunately, the service needs some improvement. While the food arrived quickly, our needs were not properly listened to. My friend has severe allergies and specifically asked for her meal to be prepared without certain ingredients. Despite making this clear, the meal was brought out containing the very ingredients she is allergic to. When we raised the issue, we were simply told to remove them ourselves. For someone with serious allergies, this is not acceptable and poses a significant health risk, especially when travelling and away from home. Allergies should always be taken seriously, and special requests relating to them should be followed carefully. Overall, great food, but the attention to customer requirements—particularly regarding allergies—needs to improve considerably.

23/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, attentive and discreet staff. We came all the way from Paris, and it's rare to find this level of quality these days. You absolutely must go down and stop by; they even offer a complimentary digestif with a generous touch. I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: Excellent, as usual! We ate very well, the waitress was very friendly and children were welcome!

05/04/2026: Zero service (Maybe it's time for the season to end) we asked to move a table so our baby wouldn't be in the sun: that was too much to ask (we understand the bad reputation of people from the south!)

06/07/2026: Excellent snack bar! The welcome is really friendly; the woman who takes care of the customers is very kind and welcoming. The service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend it!

03/06/2026: The dough is simply excellent, and the pizzas are very generously topped. They are undoubtedly the best pizzas in the area, enhanced by authentic wood-fired baking. The pizza maker is incredibly kind and has mastered the art of pizza making. I highly recommend going there without hesitation!

23/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at La Pépite last night. There were three of us, and not a single dish was up to standard. I ordered a completely tasteless meat dish, the kind you'd find at home with no effort whatsoever. My friends had a wok dish without sauce, dry and frankly awful, as well as pasta with a cold burrata. After sending it back to the kitchen, the dish came back reheated in the microwave… the burrata had exploded on the plate. The worst part? The price. We paid an arm and a leg for such mediocre quality. Clearly a restaurant to avoid. The only positive point of the evening: the view. Thankfully, it was there to somewhat redeem the experience.

22/05/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for several years. The prices had already gone up quite a bit in recent years… my favorite goat cheese salad is no longer on the menu. I ordered the Caesar salad with crispy chicken. First of all, it wasn't healthy, and one of the main ingredients—the avocado—was black and stringy… it's impossible for the chef not to have noticed… I pointed it out to the waitress, who seemed completely indifferent. So, at €24 for a salad, that's unacceptable. Very disappointed.
