07/12/2025: We chose to eat at this restaurant as we were so hungry and this was the nearest. There were not a lot of options on the menu so we settled for pizza and carbonara. I haven't been to Italy but I've already eaten at different Italian restaurants to know how bad the pizza and the pasta were at this place. We regretted eating here. Everything was tasteless and looked unappetizing. Please avoid this restaurant.

11/09/2024: A new team has been in place for several months now and it has been a disaster ever since, the pizzas are completely misshapen, the dough is irregularly spread and the toppings are no longer so fresh and in reduced quantity, let's not even talk about the calzones for dessert which do not are more than icing sugar paste, a shame!

08/12/2024: I changed my mind. It's been two months since everything was fine but recently it's been a disaster. Two orders and both with a problem. The delivery man did not come, he made an attempt to call and I underline the word "attempt". I called back straight away, no one was at the door and then I received confirmation directly that it had been delivered and the “gentleman” could not be reached. Afterwards he said he was in front of my door even though I can see directly if anyone is there. Anything !
08/12/2024: The service is terrible. People are slow, mean and evil. We were the only ones in the establishment and they took 45 minutes to give us an average pizza. It was cold when we got it. Terrible service.

01/09/2024: Accustomed to great quality for years, I notice a significant drop in quality... The meat has very little taste (fortunately there are a lot of spices), the fries have become very soft and the kebab is very fatty...
For the moment I advise against it, it's a shame and I hope that I will find the quality of before...
28/08/2024: Order placed on Uber Eats, super good as usual, however the sandwich would have been cool without the hair.

05/01/2025: Excellent experience at Domino's in Haguenau! The pizzas are always delicious, well garnished and cooked to perfection. Fast service, whether delivery or takeaway, and the staff is always welcoming and smiling. Special mention for their regular promotions which allow you to enjoy yourself at a low price. I highly recommend!

29/12/2023: Commandé le 28 sur l'application, bug au niveau de la commande.
J'ai appelé deux fois le service : décrochage dans le vide et raccrochage au nez.
Finalement, j'ai commandé via mon pc et résultat après un troisième appel : débité deux fois, vu avec un responsable, un remboursement n'a toujours pas eu lieu.

25/12/2023: Je sais que le fascisme est en grande montée dans votre pays. Je ne sais pas si c'est ce qui m'a valu ce traitement par cet homme vendeur à la caisse en ce 25 décembre mais je me pose la question. J'étais là bien avant tout le monde mais il a décidé de m'ignorer et servir tout le monde avant moi. Je l'ai regardé pour tenter d'attirer son regard et ainsi être servi mais non monsieur a décidé de m'ignorer complètement. Même pas un regard. C'était gênant car les clients eux-même savaient qu'ils étaient arrivés après moi. Je ne reviendrai plus.

10/08/2024: Visite un samedi soir d'été en terrasse, suite aux conseils d'une amie qui apprécie le restaurant pour son rapport qualité/prix.
Beaucoup de monde donc un temps d'attente relativement long (plus d'1h entre notre installation à table et l'arrivée des plats), mais c'était logique au vu du monde.
Malheureusement le serveur s'était trompé dans la commande et nous avons donc reçu le mauvais plat. Il s'est excusé et a corrigé son erreur.
De plus, nous avons dû demander de l'eau à 3 reprises, ce n'est pas dramatique, mais en plus de l'attente et de l'erreur de commande ça fait beaucoup...
Pas geste commercial proposé, alors que l'autre serveuse en a proposé à la table d'à côté.
Dommage car les plats sont pas mal. Peut être mieux en semaine quand il y a moins de monde ?

I order two pizzas and a box of mozza sticks for delivery, the delivery man arrives I give him a €50 note he tells me I have no change on me and no card machine, so I tell him I'm sorry I don't know how to do it so he calls the boss and the boss offers to come back with cash but to let the delivery person go again with the ticket so it's normal that I refuse especially these days really a shame no management we don't send a delivery man without money especially when on the site we are asked how we proceed with the payment and that we specify in cash, and once I tell the boss that I refuse and I send back his delivery man with the pizzas the only thing he knew how to do was hang up on me without respect for any commercial know-how

23/03/2024: Un très bon moment entre coéquipiers donc un service tardif ce qui est très bien. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa. La qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous.
