04/12/2024: Después de caminar pasando el día explorando los 12 Mercados de Navidad de Estrasburgo, fue un placer sentarse y disfrutar de una cena Kosher a las afueras del centro de la ciudad. El personal era amable y atento sin ser exagerado y la comida era excelente. Nuestro único problema era elegir qué comer!
Estando en Alsacia, sabíamos que pediríamos una especialidad regional, Tartes Flambe (Flamkuchen). ¿Pero cuál conseguir? ¿El Natural cubierto con crema y cebolla? ¿Con queso? ¿Setas? ¿Queso azul? ¿Queso de cabra, miel y nueces? ¿Salmón? 4 ¿Mezcla de quesos?
Fuimos con queso de cabra, miel y nuez moscada. Fue una de las cosas más deliciosas que he comido y se acompañó aún mejor con un vino blanco local. También pedimos un gratinado de patatas en rodajas finas al lado y tuvimos crema crujiente de postre. Nos fuimos decepcionados de que estábamos solo en la ciudad por una noche y no tendríamos la oportunidad de volver a probar la comida de nuevo.

01/10/2024: Enjoyed our dinner here tonight. The place has had a lovely makeover since other photos I saw online. It smelled wonderful when we walked in and didn’t disappoint! Our carbonara pasta and Reggie pizza were great. Service was friendly and prices were very reasonable. Thank you for a delicious dinner.
30/09/2024: Pizzeria Quai Finkwiller. After a disappointment more than 5 years ago I went back to get a second opinion. The restaurant has a small terrace, and 2 rooms inside. The welcome is warm, the interior design is friendly. The menu is varied in Italian specialties. Fair prices. The pizzas are excellent. Artisanal dough and quality filling. They let themselves be devoured without restraint. The waiter also offered us as soon as he was preparing a platter to taste the different varieties of ham and sausage. No dessert, the pizzas were too stuffy. Ultimately very good address, not disappointed to have come back a second time.

22/09/2024: Several dinners in the Entzheim restaurant, very good impression with friendly welcome, excellent dishes, nice room and decor. On the other hand, last disastrous evening: we wanted to change tables - refused. We wanted mojitos - no mojitos even though noted on the menu.
And finally, a piece of glass in the dessert.
Ok dessert was offered but this should not happen. In short, a mediocre evening.

Warm welcome, I recommend the pizzicato for all epicureans from Alsace and elsewhere. Pizzicato is pure happiness! Don't forget to book despite everything, even if the restaurant room and the covered terrace are huge.

22/09/2024: I believe that before proposing Italian pizzas you should do a 5 year course in Italy and more precisely in Naples you cannot call a pizza margherita a pizza with black and green olives on it and with three slices of tomato the pizza dough was very ugly in a nutshell leave the pizzas alone and dedicate yourself to French cuisine
