21/10/2024: Ordered at 9:20 p.m. -10:20 p.m. still not delivered after several calls I was offered cold pizza..... Obviously I refuse not the slightest proposal for an arrangement results no pizza because it is too late for me to make it again... .. It's pitiful and it's regular 4th time that I have suffered their inability to manage a service
New deal 1l.25 of coca cola €3.99 at this price it's a steal

02/12/2025: A very pleasant surprise. We stopped for a meal while visiting Dijon. Reasonable prices, very good food (we had a Chaource burger and a pizza). Perhaps the only slight drawback was the excess salt in the pizza dough, but it was still very good. The decor is simple but very nice; maybe a fresh coat of paint would be a good idea.

We enjoyed a pheasant pastry and a piece of bull, followed by a pear in white wine.
It's a shame I didn't think to take some photos.
Finally, the welcome was excellent. 👍👍👍👍

31/12/2025: A brief evening visit to Beaune followed by a family dinner at Brasserie Carnot. A pleasant setting and a warm welcome. The dishes we ordered were very well prepared: snails, onion soup, beef bourguignon, and duck breast, all cooked to perfection. A minor point, however, was the duck breast, which could have used a slightly richer sauce. A brasserie we highly recommend.
28/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome on a Sunday evening without a reservation. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is quick and attentive.

12/01/2026: Another visit to 'Le Calypso' and another great experience. The pasta and pizzas are still excellent, all at a fantastic price. Two positive points stand out: the welcome and, above all, the organization. The service was smooth, quick, and stress-free – very pleasant indeed. Congratulations! We highly recommend this establishment without hesitation.

09/09/2025: The fact that they had little packets of "moutarde de Dijon" in little packets was especially great, as at the first trial I didn't find it and was about to ask for some Mustard, and then I found them, purrfectly enough for every second slice of a grande pizza. Merci <3

06/02/2026: We recently had lunch at this restaurant and received a warm welcome. We then chose our dishes and decided on pasta carbonara, but since we are allergic to mushrooms, it wasn't specified on the menu that there were mushrooms in the sauce. I found this quite unacceptable.

28/08/2025: Quite disappointed.. I bought tacos with barely cooked, stale, and frozen fries. Almost no sauce. Very dry. The menu is very poorly detailed and in the end everything is extra except the meat and the sauce. An exorbitant price for a Taco.
