We were a little surprised by the rating given the quality of the pizzas. The dough wasn't great, and the pizzas were made with average ingredients.
It wasn't inedible, but it wasn't exactly delicious.
The service was pleasant, and the place was nice. Too bad about the pizzas!

17/05/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The owner refused to serve me and politely asked me to leave without any valid reason. I think he has a slight psychological problem.
09/05/2026: Guillaume's welcome was extremely unpleasant. Luckily, Marine more than made up for it. The meal was excellent. I recommend it if the owner isn't there.

02/05/2026: Excellent value for money. A nice, unpretentious little restaurant with a view of the harbor and generous, delicious dishes. Friendly staff. A great find. Some background music like jazz or old rock would be a nice touch for the atmosphere.
24/04/2026: A charming little restaurant in a prime location with a magnificent view of Douarnenez Bay. Easy parking nearby. A warm welcome 😃 Homemade cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients, generous portions at very reasonable prices.
The perfect place to discover Douarnenez.
Special mention to Marie and Pedro, the owners.

11/06/2026: Today, we were looking for a nice place to eat in Pont Aven without immediately sitting down in one of the usual restaurants. So we went inside here, where it was nice and quiet. And they have cute model cars and model motorcycles on display as decoration. We ordered lasagna with salad. It was simply a surprise what we got again. Very beautifully presented and really incredibly delicious. Highly recommended! The accompanying salad was also substantial and very tasty. Because we were so pleasantly surprised, we ordered a Tiramisu for dessert right away as well. That was also really tasty and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly, and we had a nice chat with him; he is a motorcycle enthusiast. In short, if you are in Pont Aven and want to treat yourself a bit, without sitting on the usual terrace, you will be waited on hand and foot here. Nice!
