23/06/2026: The place was poorly ventilated and felt very hot due to the high temperatures outside and the large influx of customers. The food was good but average, as was the price. This isn't a place we'd return to.
12/06/2026: We ordered truffle pasta and meatball pasta for the first time… everything was absolutely delicious! And the portions were generous! The service was very pleasant, plus we received a discount for signing up for a loyalty account. We'll definitely be back.

17/06/2026: I find it unacceptable that on almost every visit, I'm treated condescendingly by a large portion of the staff. This isn't just a bad day or an isolated incident; it's a recurring attitude that clearly gives the impression that customers are a nuisance.
The lack of respect is blatant: a condescending tone, a cold welcome, and a complete lack of consideration. Working in a public establishment requires a minimum level of professionalism and courtesy, which is unfortunately lacking here.
This is incomprehensible, to say the least, as I'm a loyal customer who spends several thousand euros annually at this establishment. I'm not asking for preferential treatment, only to be treated with the respect that any customer has the right to expect. At this point, it's no longer a question of service quality, but of behavior.
Perhaps it's time management seriously addressed the attitude of certain staff members, as they are the ones giving the establishment a deplorable image.

28/04/2026: Disastrous experience. We ordered click and collect from their website, and as regular customers, we're used to eating Domino's Pizza. The order was ready quickly, but when we arrived, they barely spoke to us and didn't even tell us the price of the pizzas. Furthermore, we ordered pizzas with a classic crust, but we received a thin crust, even though we specifically requested it. Then, the man at the counter charged us the wrong price, €21.79, instead asking for €29.71. In short, we weren't given napkins, and as for the pizza, the sauce had already spilled everywhere before we'd even touched it.

09/07/2026: We called the day before to ask if they were taking on apprentices. They said yes. We came the next morning and were told the boss wasn't there, that he'd be there from 11:00 AM. My daughter called back in the afternoon at 2:30 PM and was told no, if we hadn't called you. I don't understand. Not cool for my daughter.
08/07/2026: We ate well and the service was quick. We had a main course, dessert, and drinks. €30 per person. There were five of us. It was very reasonable considering how much we enjoyed the delicious food! It was also a pleasure to see that there are restaurants in Tours that serve good food! Thank you and best of luck!
