28/02/2026: We arrived here without a reservation with a group of seven and were able to get in. We enjoyed delicious pizzas. One person didn't order pizza, but fries. Their dish arrived a good five minutes before the pizzas. A tip would be to serve the fries, which are ready in no time, at the same time as the pizzas. Everything tasted delicious, the service was very friendly and welcoming, and they make every effort to understand your needs. The After Eight coupe is a must-try for dessert. It was delicious and highly recommended!

28/02/2026: A fantastic team, very attentive and incredibly kind. The food is amazing, all the dishes are excellent (we tried them). 30/06/2025: A memorable 60th birthday party! The organization: I went with the flow, every moment was planned, I was the queen of the party without being monopolized. The DJ did a fantastic job! Thanks Greg, and I'll book you for the next event before I turn 70; I'm not sure my knees will be able to keep up 🥳. The venue: plenty of parking, breathable air during this intense heat, a mountain-themed birthday atmosphere and decor, and a fiery dance floor! 11/02/2026: So you just want this… This is exactly the place you want to find. It's a sight to behold. You sit down, you get a menu and water from the fridge… I enjoy everything about it. The whole show is great… from ordering to paying. And the pizza with potatoes?? THE BEST!!!

31/01/2026: The staff are lovely. The food is high quality and the value for money is perfect. The burrata with truffle oil is simply divine. The non-alcoholic beers are organic and flavorful. I highly recommend it.

It's hard to find a restaurant that will accept reservations for large tables (more than 20) in Saint François Longchamp, but no problem at Le Gabrio. The welcome was warm, the waitresses pleasant despite the large group. Quick service, excellent food: pizzas, raclettes, fondues... See you next year! 😉
