19/09/2026: I've been coming here for 14 years, but frankly, over the years we really get the feeling we're being ripped off. A kids' meal for €15.99, a few fries with four mini nuggets and an Auchan applesauce... seriously? (The owner will probably say he had a delivery problem again, but it's like this all year round). The prices haven't gone up, but there's hardly anything on the plates anymore; you have to ask for everything. The place is falling apart and filthy. It's worse than a money grab. Run away... go to Burger King; they actually have games for kids.

A very bad experience at L’Île aux Pirates in Dieppe. The welcome was particularly unpleasant, and the manager's attitude seemed very cold, even downright mean and disrespectful.
I also had serious doubts about the hygiene, especially with what looked like rats in the kitchen area. If this is indeed the case, it is extremely concerning for an establishment that welcomes the public.
I also became very ill due to their lack of hygiene and the very poor quality of the food!
I left very disappointed by this experience. Personally, I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend that they review the reception and, above all, the hygiene standards.

21/07/2026: Had a lovely time sitting there after the market. Delicious melon with raw ham and burrata. Very nice service ;-) . A glass of wine with it, coffee afterwards. I was perfectly comfortable.
28/06/2026: The meat was undercooked and the service was worse since the new owner took over; it's truly disgusting now. I used to go there often, but that's it, I'll go across the street to the other place.
Thanks and goodbye forever.

Drinks and food arrived promptly.
The chicken with Camembert was a generous portion.
It's a shame about the extra €0.30 for mayonnaise…
The waitress was very friendly.
08/07/2026: Disappointed... The food was really bad.
We started with the appetizer: a wilted and poorly washed salad. An insect had found its way into the potato salad. My partner's terrine tasted like it had been in the fridge. The waitress changed our plates as a result.
On to the main course... The poultry was barely cooked, even pink in places; I couldn't eat it. Besides, the flavor was lacking; I found it bland. 😏
The fries and ice cream were good.
In short, €40 for two people seemed expensive.
Plus, I went home with a terrible stomach ache.
We won't be repeating the experience.

19/08/2026: I was alone, waited 30 minutes, the person came to set your table and didn't come back. You have to go yourself to get your order taken. The pizza was perfect, but after finishing it, another 30 minutes passed and no one came to clear the table or ask if you wanted dessert or coffee. I left to pay and have no regrets. I won't be going back, even though it was much, much better last year.
05/08/2026: I'm furious! It's 11:12 PM. I placed my order on the website at 8 PM, with delivery scheduled for 8:45 PM. I called at 9:30 PM, and my order was apparently there?? 10:30 PM, I called again. Yes, I'm patient, the delivery driver is in Montivilliers to deliver to me, okay, I'm staying calm, except my husband starts work at 10 PM, so he left without eating. It's a disgrace, I've never seen anything like it. I don't think, given the time, I'll get the pizzas, even though I paid. But don't worry, I'll come and collect what's owed to me. I work in retail myself and I know that Google reviews are read. A phone call, at least an apology, a gesture of goodwill—nothing?? And one star because I can't give less.

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment!
Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request).
€65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!
12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

15/04/2026: very expensive drinks and food, 5€ for a pepsi? The pizzas were very soggy and looks like it was warmed up in the microwave. Little food for big price, don’t recommend.
14/02/2026: Absolutely disgusting, I've never seen anything like it in my life. Mussels from Intermarché, they put some kind of cheese in them, it looks like they just threw it in like pâté, disgusting fries, and that's not all. Look at the photos, judge for yourself.
