04/09/2024: 8 of us went to eat. We were served quickly, the pizzas are always very good and the welcome was pleasant. The server was very kind and smiling. We will come back to this.

03/12/2024: We returned after a while, we found that the service was not like before and the food too, in Dieppe there is much better I do not recommend everything apart from the play area for the children, staff not friendly at all and serout the chef restaurant

27/11/2024: Firstly, who puts pickles in a raclette pizza???? Second, is this a raclette pizza???? Does the photo make you want it? Not me! Burnt, tasteless and not at all delicious! In short it was the first and last time, in all sincerity I have never eaten such a filthy pizza in my entire life!!! A word of advice, run away

26/07/2024: It's a shame, we ordered at 8:42 p.m., delivery was supposed to be made at 9:10 p.m., it was made at 10:50 p.m.! When we called to ask for explanations, we got the answer that they were watching the opening of the Olympics!🤦🏽‍♀️ What a lack of correctness and professionalism! Close the pizzeria or notify us of the delay! No action! My 4 year old daughter couldn't eat her pizza! Change jobs!

15/12/2024: Big disappointment! Friday December 13 (evening) as soon as we arrived, we understood that a table of two people without reservation was not very interesting for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our orders without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrive, cold, and we have to wait very long minutes to receive our glass of wine (not very logical in the process). We then ask that our dishes be reheated. They come back barely warmer... what's more, the ravioli were dried out from cooking in the microwave and the sauce was almost non-existent. When taking an order for dessert, the waiter tells me about a chocolate financier or a chocolate cake from the “café sweetness”. Finally, a completely different dessert arrives and immediately returns to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). 65€ for two people for a dish of poor quality, very amateurish service and quickly dispatched, the bill is steep (much more than the dishes!). We would hesitate to set foot there again!

12/12/2024: Having been to this del Arte several times, unlike the others the service is pitiful and unpleasant. We have the impression that even the quality of the products is not the same. To flee.

11/09/2024: A shame! Just because I parked in front of their sign, they intentionally blocked me with their car and scooter so that I couldn't get out! Despite my various reminders, they ended up pushing the scooter, telling me that I was not allowed to park in front! But the places don't belong to them, they belong to everyone! They were 3 young people who were not at all friendly, because they ignored me and if I hadn't insisted, they wouldn't have done anything! I took it upon myself because I was with my son but they really put pressure on me just for parking! It's pathetic, I will never try their pizzas! Really unprofessional behavior at all!

23/11/2024: Nous avions l’habitude de venir à ce restaurant et de même en faire la pub autour de nous tellement nous aimions .. nous décidons de venir pour un anniversaire ( nous étions à peine 3) Quel fus notre erreur .. pas moins de 45 minutes pour prendre notre commande de boissons !! Habituellement nous prenons entrée + plat + dessert. En vu de l’attente pour seulement commander nous prenons le plat tout de suite… 25 minutes après le plat arrive, notre petite fille commençais à perdre patience. Nous finissons le plat plutôt rapidement et la moment de prendre le dessert on nous dit quoi « si vous prenez des dessert cela va être long la grande table la bas aussi va prendre des dessert » ils étaient 9 je comprend mais 2 dessert donc celle d’un enfant n’était pas non plus au point de devoir attendre encore 1h ! Nous avons préférer partir et on nous dit encore «  Vouz prenez pas de dessert du coup? » non désoler .. Ce sera la dernière fois que nous venons. Tellement déçu d’être venu ici pour un anniversaire.

29/11/2024: When we place our order we are told 30 minutes (very correct). After an hour of waiting we called back. We are informed that there is 1 pizza left to make and asked if we want to continue or not. Didn't have time to respond when they hung up on us. Forced to call back and we limit ourselves to speaking badly! You need to change careers if fast food doesn't suit you! And especially for a trader, what a beautiful image. Afterwards they come to talk to us about the pollet traders (not everyone should be put in the same bag). You need to review your kindness!

12/08/2024: Honestly not great!!! Paninis without fries!!!! And 5 euros for that!!! First and last time!!!

09/10/2024: Le serveur et très accueillants il gentil souriant. Je vous conseille ce restaurant c’est bon , le serveur nous a conseillé pour bien manger !!!

14/09/2024: If you come for the burgers, go your way! Without interest, you will do better at home (even with private label products in supermarkets) and it will be better and cheaper!

12/12/2024: I ordered a lot before, it was delicious, it's been a long time since I ordered and the dough which was very thick before and very thin now is less well filled

02/12/2024: Very disappointed, wait for the meal 40 minutes. Waiter who cuts us all off throughout the meal. Call me all along sir… wait to settle at least 5 minutes. The meal was not good, we didn't even finish our plates. We ate with a stomach ache only to end up sick and not even satisfied. I tell you to run away!
