Churrasqueira Galo

Rochechouart, Paris
28/02/2026: Passing through one evening for a quick outing, we made initial contact by phone to inquire about availability. We received a prompt reply despite our call being at 9:30 PM. The only slight drawback was finding a parking spot upon arrival... I dropped off my partner, and the girls went to sit in front of her while we found a place. They were warmly welcomed; my daughter Carolina felt right at home. Our order was taken quickly, the portions were generous, and the servers were pleasant and attentive. 👌 We wish you continued success and look forward to returning to enjoy a delicious meal at your restaurant. 🙂

07/03/2026: A little piece of Portugal hidden in Paris. I 100% recommend it for lunch, a superbock, a coffee, or a pastry. The place is super pleasant and the manager is very friendly.

Chez Rita

Charonne, Paris
06/03/2026: Excellent family-run Portuguese restaurant with high-quality ingredients; the cod was delicious. Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert, all accompanied by a typical Portuguese sparkling wine. We had a wonderful time; the food was authentic and generous, and the service impeccable. We will be back. Thank you very much.

Ô Argoselo

Plaine-Monceau, Paris
01/03/2026: From the moment you step into the restaurant, you feel transported to Portugal! It's hard to find Portuguese restaurants in Paris that offer truly authentic dishes, the kind you'd find in your own village, without them being overly sophisticated. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and you can feel a wonderful energy throughout the restaurant. A real treat!
16/02/2026: O Argoselo 🇵🇹 is a friendly Portuguese restaurant in the 17th arrondissement, appreciated for its generous and authentic cuisine. Traditional specialties are prepared with care, showcasing simple and delicious flavors reminiscent of family meals. The atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, ideal for a meal with friends or family. The service is welcoming and attentive, contributing to a pleasant and unique experience. A great place to discover Portuguese cuisine in Paris.

Chez Betty

Père-Lachaise, Paris
05/02/2026: Betty prepared a delicious birthday dinner for us! She talks about her cooking with passion, and every dish was a delight! See you soon!
31/01/2026: This restaurant is like a mirage. Every time I've tried to go, it's closed to the public for a private event. Two weekends in a row. It's a shame; you could have gained regular customers. Post your availability on social media. It would avoid inconvenience and disappointment.

La Belote

Batignolles, Paris
17/03/2026: I highly recommend it!! A very good little dish served piping hot. They are very welcoming. I will be back.
25/02/2026: I discovered the place when I went to vote at the Consulate. I searched on Google and decided on "La Belote." It was full, but since it was almost closing time, there were tables available. I loved the cod, the dessert, and I'd been missing a good coffee. The waitress is a sweetheart, always available.

Vila Real

Gare, Paris
13/09/2025: Really not good. The salmon fillet was tasteless, accompanied by frozen peas and a few corn kernels. No interest or flavor. I find it scandalous to propose this cafeteria plan.

Pedra Alta

Bercy, Paris
11/03/2026: Excellent time spent at Pedra Alta Bercy for lunch around 2:00 PM. Quality rib steak but very tough.
07/03/2026: We'd heard about this chain and wanted to try it out. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. At 7:50 PM, I called to ask if there was a wait and if we could bring a dog. No wait, dog allowed. Arrived at 8 PM, left at 10 PM with a friend. We arrived, and from outside, the restaurant was only a quarter full. A stocky, pot-bellied man in his fifties, not very friendly, asked how many people were in our party. We heard that because one group was incomplete, they wouldn't be seated. We were made to wait 30 minutes. It was only because I said on the phone that there wouldn't be a wait that the man finally seated us. There were several empty tables for two. More waiting, I tasted the bread roll: sourdough flavor, white, undercooked, stale, and salty. The man takes orders based on who's in charge; people who arrived later are served first. They're only friendly to tourists. The two waitresses avoid our gaze. A birthday celebration in five different languages, the man shouts instead of singing. It quickly becomes tiresome. You can tell it's forced. I call over a waitress, who is obliged to take the order, and ask for faster service. She gives the man the details. Another wait. Veal chop cooked medium, rice. The man and a woman bring the dishes; the man scolds the dog, which was lying quietly. I ask about the fries; he's angry and tells me they're coming. The meat isn't grilled; it seems like it was boiled before being cooked and is very salty. The rice tastes of onions and is very salty. The fries are lukewarm but edible, though they quickly cool down. The pepper sauce tastes like cocktail sauce. Not a very large quantity and really not good quality. In the restrooms, the accessible toilet is for men, even though it's for both men and women. The women's toilet is tiny. The waitress came to clear the table, but she didn't ask if everything was alright, and she didn't offer dessert or coffee. We paid €43.80 in total for two people, and we were very disappointed and left with a bitter taste in our mouths. When we paid, I noticed that all the orders were assigned to a man. I don't know if the two waitresses were registered or not, but their names weren't listed. We even went for a drink at Roberta, where the waitresses are very pleasant, to try and end the evening on a positive note. Very expensive restaurant, no quality food (the cheapest option is better). Learn to cook! Avoid this restaurant!

Saudade

Halles, Paris
De toute façon on cale. Pas spécialement goûteux. Excellent vin au verre. Jolies tables bien placées. Prix un peu élevés mais restent corrects. A faire pour tester mais sans plus.
