I'd eaten Gerald's famous chocolate cake several times, and the creations in this class were just as good—excellent! The starter (carpaccio) was decent but very small. Fortunately, the main course redeemed it: flavorful and well-executed. On the other hand, the dessert was a huge disappointment: the tiramisu was clearly lacking in flavor, with a very watery texture and taste… not really what one expects from this Italian classic. The evening ended even less pleasantly, as I didn't feel well afterward. In short, a mixed experience: one dish that redeemed the meal, but drawn-out service and a dessert that fell flat. I hope these aspects can be improved.

The service was impeccable, there was hardly any wait, and the dishes and desserts were all absolutely delicious.
