I'd eaten Gerald's famous chocolate cake several times, and the creations in this class were just as good—excellent! From cream puffs to crepe cake and the Lilikoï, the perfect balance of fruit tartness and chocolate sweetness was simply superb. Thank you again for your energy and professionalism.
