14/08/2024: Une visite de plus chez Helbidea après plusieurs mois sans y être passé et la qualité du service et des plats restent exellentes. La carte affichées sur les murs changent peu mais la "merveilleuse" côte de cochon préparée en cuisson sous vide et basse température puis snackée reste au menu ainsi qu'un assortiment de Taloa assurent un très bon dîner. L'œuf parfait en entrée et le baba au rhum en dessert complètement le tiercé gagnant.

10/08/2024: Des plats préparés avec soin et servis avec gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant, sur la petite terrasse.

21/09/2024: We had an excellent meal in Chez Eugenie . We had a table at the window which overlooked the promenade and Grand Plage, stunning. The staff were attentive but not intrusive, very helpful and had excellent English. Our food was hot and we were not rushed during the meal. The price which included wine was very good. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

19/09/2024: The aperitives are good but they arrive a long time before the tapas. We appreciated the sea view as requested but some plates are better than others. The sea bream wasn't really tasty but the meat was very well cooked. Well, the overall is good but so so.

16/08/2024: Il est loin le temps du doggy bag quand le repas était trop copieux! Ce commentaire vaut pour chacun des plats du menu traditionnel. A titre d’exemple, 1 omelette aux cèpes (peu) pour 4 menus, avec supplément de 5€ par menu, soit un supplément de 20€ alors que la même omelette à la carte est facturée 14€ et servie à la personne!!! Le cadre reste agréable

15/08/2024: Nous avons passés une bonne soirée.service impeccable,tous le personnel est très sympa.repas excellent avec une côte de boeuf très bonne et tendre.on reviendra avec grand plaisir

07/11/2025: Hello, I had a very bad experience with 2 of your server. I gentle asked her if I could have another paper to cover the bread because of the dogs in the car. The older lady said no. I politely then said I would pay for it. She replied rudely. Then as I was paying, the younger dark hair girl rudely spoke to me too. I got up set and told her to be quiet and then I wish to pay the bill. I did and left. Your servers are very rude and disrespectful most of the time. I wish you well and wishing more good energy for your company….. Blessings

20/09/2025: We came to pick up 3 pizzas. The dough was disgusting and undercooked, there was a problem with the mixing or the flour/water ratio (even recooked, it was horrible). They were average, not XXL. We are regulars at Marie Blachère pizzas, but the one in Mont de Marsan (40) where the pizzas are great. This evening, the ones in Bayonne were very disappointing!

12/10/2024: Yesterday I bought 1 kilo of telines. The next day, having taken care to put them in the fridge, I had the unpleasant surprise to notice that they did not open when cooked. As a result, I bought expired shellfish from this store. I called this merchant who told me there was nothing he could do. In conclusion, I do not recommend this business at the risk of getting sick. I will immediately notify the hygiene department for further action.

21/09/2024: Amazing staff If the hotel is a little aging, this is largely compensated by the kindness and kindness of all the hotel staff. Thank you to everyone (maids, catering staff, reception staff, concierge staff, etc.) for this incredible welcome which enhanced our stay

20/09/2024: Hotel to avoid, it was extraordinary 15 years ago, today (staff, meals etc.) You will be better off in a Mercure.. Nothing like a Sofitel…

12/09/2024: Si l’extérieur ne paye pas de mine, l’intérieur est lui complètement dépaysant et plaisant. On est plongé le temps d’un repas dans un lieu historique, typique et surtout d’origine. Accueilli avec le sourire, nous avons été également très bien servi . Pizzas, lasagnes, pâtes étaient très bonnes et les coupes de glaces copieuses. C’est un endroit qui vaut le détour !

28/08/2024: Hemos disfrutado de una muy buena pizza de jamón y burrata y tagliatela de trufa. Los postres (baba al ro y tarta tatin, muy buenos). Lo mejor, el trato del personal. Buena calidad precio.

14/05/2024: Parfait accueil des serveuses plats généreux copieux de chipirons gambas au chorizo avec gratin de pommes de terre où frites maison excellennte cuisine Super cartes de menus variés grande terrasse et intérieur très grand très disgn moderne magnifique espace aussi pour les groupes équipe jeune et dynamique ca vaut le détour zone commerciale merci à tous

16/02/2024: Nous étions 9 personnes pour manger, nous avons été servis après plus de 2 h d'attente !!!! Côté repas on peut mieux faire,on avait pris des parillades de poisson.un goût de brûlé ( noirci sur les poissons du a une plancha ou un grill pas nettoyé entre chaque cuisson)
