17/09/2024: 30 min wait to get our pizzas which were good, the service would benefit from being friendlier.

16/09/2024: The pizza was not bad, some of the waiters, specially the female one, was very kind, however, one of them, the one all dressed in black was absolutely miserable and patronising. He made me feel like a little girl. Actually, he reminded me of all those awful waiters in Paris! If you want a more friendly service, eat some elsewhere!!

20/03/2024: Le cadre de vu est super. Au bout de 50min d'attente nous avions décidé de partir, à ce moment là la jeune serveuse arrive avec nos plats. Nous lui faisons remarqué avec courtoisie bien entendu qu'on s'apprêtait à partir. Au lieu d'avoir une réaction professionnelle c'est à dire une excuse au minimum. Sa réaction était insolente. Choqué nous avions préféré de partir sans causé de heurt. On ne vous parle l'absence des salutations de courtoisies, des sourires. Mais surtout quand un client renverse une bouteille d'eau et se casse au sol. La jeune demoiselle se met à rire moqueur et ne ramasse même pas les verres. C'est impensable. Donc ce restaurant est A FUIR.

25/09/2024: A comida é muito boa mas não sabem tratar os clientes. Trouxeram-nos duas imperiais mortas sem gás e quando reclamámos disseram que a Heineken era mesmo assim. Mandámos para trás e optámos por pedir uma cerveja diferente e um copo de vinho branco (nem estava fresco, tive que pôr gelo). Voltaram à nossa mesa com dois copos com um bocado de cerveja para experimentarmos, mas como já tínhamos pedido as outras bebida, dissemos que não queríamos. No final, tivemos que pagar pelas duas cervejas que não bebemos.

02/09/2024: Bon rapport qualité ,prix , accueil agréable mais sans plus un peu commerciale ,plats très tièdes mais bon et copieux ,dommage coupe colonel servi ds petite coupe a revoir

17/08/2024: Atmosphere was very calm and a bit uncomfortable because almost nobody was coming to take my order, took about 15 mins for them to even realize that I was there… but the food was pretty good.

06/07/2024: Bonjour, je constate que le ravitaillement en pain aux alentours de midi reste à désirer, je suis un familier de cette boulangerie mais cela fait 3 fois que je suis obligé de me rendre à la boulangerie Rue Gambetta . Les vendeuses de la Boulangerie des Halles ne peuvent peut être pas jouer sur l'anticipation ??.

25/08/2024: Notre bar préféré à Biarritz ! Compromis parfait qui propose à la fois des cocktails délicieux (on conseille vivement le basil smash, un délice!) et une ambiance de fou avec des dj sets qui varient chaque soir ; le bar de la plage ravira autant les amateurs d’electro (surtout house) que de rnb, hip-hop ou pop selon la soirée. On regrette juste que ça doive fermer à 2h parce qu’on y aurait bien passé la nuit ;) Les barmans sont par ailleurs très sympas et souriants malgré les rushs qu’ils se prennent. Bref, on vous conseille de tester la team

02/09/2024: Good food, cute location, interesting menu - but ok service. We had breakfast there, then went to get coffee. We were told we were not allowed keep our seats if ”we only got coffee”. When we said we had ordered food earlier, we were still told to leave. So we left.

14/10/2024: Les best sandwiches de Biarritz 🤩 pain frais tout croustillant poulet de qualité... J'ai pris le cheesy chicken troooop bon et le patron super sympa et sociable

21/09/2024: No more interest. And frisette which takes customers for fools by offering basic sandwiches with more bread than filling. U-turn in front of the cashier's inappropriate attitude.

30/09/2024: The burgers are very good and the potatoes too 😁. Very good service from the staff, very fast and attentive, I recommend it.

22/09/2024: We are told 1 hour for delivery, after having called them and stayed 10 minutes waiting because it was not delivered on time we are told 20 minutes more, 2 hours later finally the Pizza, No respect for the customer. I don't recommend these people

28/09/2024: Visited here on one of our nights on holidays. Looked good from outside as always people sitting outside. Sat inside which was fine. Had tapas to start but were put off by copping numerous flies around the food which was displayed in an open area, no covers. Food was relatively expensive. Opted for bacon egg and chips for €20, the cheapest option on the menu. Was enjoying this until I found a hair in the dish. Called over a guy which I assumed was a manager.... He barely apologised and said there were no females in the kitchen and the chefs were all bald. I wasn't accepting that as the hair came from somewhere down the line. The price was knocked off the bill. We ordered a drink to finish which we never got. Left after that. Wouldn't recommend here at all with attitudes and service like this.

27/09/2024: Longue attente Le jeune patron nous dit à tous de nous mettre sur le marches et nous appelle dès qu’une table se libère. Au bout de 30 minutes, une copine s’approche de l’entrée pour faire voir que nous sommes là. Le fameux jeune patron dit après être passé devant elle «  je l’ai vu elle c’est bon. Elle attendra ça lui fera lés pieds. Sauf qu’il ne savait pas que j’étais avec les amis et j’ai tout entendu. Après avoir enfin récupéré une table, Nous avons attendu pour avoir la carte, pour être servi et tout était froid ! Cher Pas Top Patron arrogant Les basques n’y vont pas

21/01/2025: It wasn't bad but the latest comments are true 😅 the staff is unmotivated and demotivating, we hear them say that there is no one in the streets so no customers but at the same time they are unpleasant and beware if you don't have a coffee or a deco at the end of the meal because they look at you badly and won't say goodbye. They make it appear that they don't have the rosé requested so that you take the most expensive one 😨😭Don't take the croque monsieur with truffle because there is no truffle. My friend shouldn't have told them to keep the change, the poor guy didn't realize but he also came out in a worse mood than when he arrived. We also came in the morning and the waitress seemed to be VERY INTERESTED in the person who paid the bill… it's quite understandable but here she seemed way too interested with a capital i it was embarrassing I wanted to laugh I really should have told my friend not to go back to your house in the evening

20/01/2025: Very nice restaurant. The dish was succulent, very good cooking! However, the room seemed not very warm at this time of year. The service was quick, without being sloppy. We will come back with pleasure!!
