16/09/2026: A wonderful discovery made by chance during a stroll! Despite arriving quite late, the welcome was exceptionally warm and attentive. The staff didn't hesitate to prepare a custom-made dish for me, with great kindness. Special mention for the excellent homemade foie gras, a real treat! It's a shame I only discovered this place at the end of my stay… I would gladly have gone back! A place I happily recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

27/09/2026: A restaurant offering good value for money, but which could stand out by improving its service (only one competent waiter who bustles around trying to do everything), the decor is a bit dated and dusty, and the cuisine is creative but could be enhanced with more attention to preparation, presentation, and ingredient quality. A few fresh and colorful vegetables would be a welcome addition. Overall, a good experience.

16/09/2026: A wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed our meal on the terrace. The only downside was that the croquettes were really just average. The owner heard our surprise about this and took the time to apologize and discuss the situation with us. Other customers had apparently expressed the same dissatisfaction/questions. He was very professional, transparent, and honest with us, explaining that his supplier hadn't provided the usual quality and offered us two lovely after-dinner drinks. The grilled baby squid, on the other hand, were delicious. Thank you for the excellent welcome and the friendly, high-quality service we received. We look forward to returning. 15/06/2026: A very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely attentive. The establishment was very clean. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be the breakfast. It was a shame we had to make the pancakes and/or eggs ourselves. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

04/07/2026: One of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. A member of our group was an elderly person who had fallen in the street, was bleeding at her leg, and urgently needed to use the restroom. Despite explaining the situation and after understanding the need to go to the restroom, the staff refused to let them use the bathroom. It showed a complete lack of empathy and basic human decency during what was clearly an emergency. If this is how customers and people in need are treated, it raises serious concerns about the values of this establishment. I cannot comment on the quality of the food because, after witnessing such heartless behavior, we had no desire to stay. People deserve to know not only what a restaurant serves, but also how it treats others when compassion is needed most. I certainly won't be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place.

03/07/2026: Our favorite restaurant in Biarritz! Every visit is a pleasure, from the warm welcome to the delicious authentic Basque cuisine. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. According to our children, this is where you’ll find the best Axoa in town, and after trying it ourselves, we have to agree! A place we always look forward to visiting whenever we are in Biarritz. Highly recommended!

And the best part: at Eugénie's, you can actually hear yourself think. No music to disrupt conversation between diners and no noise between tables; the acoustics are excellent. So... see you soon!

04/10/2026: Wonderful experience. Walked by last night (Saturday) and it was absolutely packed! Came back tonight on a Sunday and much more chill Of a vibe, last night seemed amazing we didn’t try to get in by the way. Had some snack. Gildas, foie toast and bikini sandwich. Bikini was so good we got a second one (with extra peppers), I like the French style, cheese and ham has a bit more flavor to it. Great service, kind and warm. Highly recommend! Max was the best!!!

27/09/2026: The restaurant is on a quiet street; we ate on the terrace, which was fine. The food wasn't particularly impressive, though. There are nearby restaurants with better and more affordable options. They also didn't offer us water.
